The house is very close to the beach of Bacutia and you can walk - maximum 10 minutes. The way by day is quiet but the night is quite deserted and ideally needs to be made by car. It has market, drink distributor nearby and is next to Meaipe which has a good restaurant structure. It is 10km from Guarapari. Were sensational days! Mr. Antônio's house is wonderful and very clean and organized. The attention he gave us since before the entrance and even after the exit was surreal. Can rent without fear, vcs will be enchanted! In the condominium, close to the house there is a court with a lane around which was great for running, and I did not do my physical activity. I rented the house to a group of 23 people, a band that performed at my wedding. I didn't even stay at the place, but the communication, for closing the rent and etc, was easy and resolute. They made themselves available to cook for the guests and welcomed them very well. The feedback from the group that stayed was the best, they felt at home and welcomed. The couple is very friendly and welcoming, received us with a shrimp moqueca, which I thought was very good, because I arrived later and was already worried about going out to eat. The house is spacious, beautiful view, very close to the beach. It has hydro, sauna and pool, as well as games. The Peixaria conveys at home and the supermarket is nearby as well. It was a good experience, because I had what I hired, in addition to efficient and affectionate communication.

The place is beautiful, the impeccable structure: several bathrooms, several bedrooms and leisure options for all ages - soccer camp, pool, swing, fishing, contact with nature and , for those who like, a television. Comfortable and cozy house in the middle of the Atlantic forest. Although it appears isolated, it is very close to the “centrinho” of Buenos Aires, a mountain region of Guarapari, approximately 10km from the beach. Place of quiet and peace! We enjoy a lot!!
