Very nice, clean, spacious and welcoming house. I really enjoyed the large terrace where you can eat outdoors or relax. The town is quiet, halfway between the sea of Cattolica and the hinterland, where you can visit the castles and ducal residences of the area: in 15 minutes you can reach all the places of interest; excellent for spending a relaxing holiday. Finally, I recommend Franco, he provided me with all the information to welcome me in the best possible way.

We had a truly wonderful stay at Fabrizio’s property. We were visiting the area for the WSBK Championship at Misano World Circuit, and the location couldn’t have been more ideal—just a short 15-minute drive to the circuit and only 30 minutes from Rimini Airport. The property itself was outstanding: immaculately clean, beautifully maintained, and incredibly comfortable. It provided the perfect base for our 2-night stay. The surrounding area was equally impressive. Gradara, with its charming restaurants, is only 5 minutes away, and in the opposite direction, Tavullia—the hometown of Valentino Rossi—is also just 5 minutes by car, making it a must-visit for any motorcycle enthusiast. Fabrizio was a gracious and helpful host, and the entire experience exceeded our expectations. I can’t speak highly enough of this property and would wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and well-situated stay in this beautiful part of Italy.

Had very good experience. Due to flight delay Stefano waited us since hour 00.15 for check In. Very efficient communication by Stefano and Germana. Silent and privacy.
