Ground floor: spacious dining room with fully fitted large kitchen and access to terrace, equipped with BBQ. A cozy living room with a double fireplace, from which you have a view of the swimming pool. There is also a bedroom with a double bed, bathroom and laundry room. Upper floor: two bedrooms (one double bed and one with two beds) and a bathroom.

Close to Uzes, Nîmes, the Cévennes and the Camargue, as well as Avignon and Arles. In July and August, the minimum rental period is 6 days. For the Pentecost weekend, long weekends and short holidays, the minimum rental is 3 days, and for the rest of the year, the minimum is 2 nights.

Bright suite attached to our house. There is no kitchen but we will be happy to tell you where to eat nearby. Independent entrance through an airlock leading to the bedroom with a bed (160 x 200 cm), shower and toilet. Bay window opening onto a terrace with private jacuzzi (heated and usable all year round) and a corner with outdoor table. Pool accessible but to share with us. Close to the garrigue and the Baume River.
