A 120 m² vaulted apartment comprising a kitchen open to the dining room and living room, two large adjoining bedrooms, a bathroom and a shower room (each with a toilet), and a private courtyard. Located in the heart of a village on the edge of the Garrigues, close to the Pont du Gard (15 minutes from Nîmes Pont du Gard TGV station, 20 minutes from the Arènes de Nîmes, 25 minutes from Uzès, 45 minutes from the Camargue and beaches, and 1 hour from Arles, Avignon and Montpellier). Access to the shared swimming pool with the owners from early May to late September.

L’Ermitage. Rustic charm in the heart of Uzès

On the edge of the historical centre, in the midst of a Provençal garden, our renovated two-floor guest house is a great base to explore Uzès and surrounding area. The guest house is ideal for families with children. There is a double room, twin room with inter-connecting bathroom on the upper floor and kitchen/dining space downstairs. Access to/from the twin room is via the double room and bathroom. It has all the modern comforts; wifi, washing machine, dishwasher, stove, microwave and more.

Ground floor: spacious dining room with fully fitted large kitchen and access to terrace, equipped with BBQ. The Oasis, a rare place for nature lovers in the middle of a 1-hectare olive grove between Uzès and the village of Collias. In this small architect's house in Vers stone with its private terrace, totally autonomous, solar electricity and drilling, you will find calm and tranquility. Quiet, sunny but cool house in summer and AIR-CONDITIONED. You can enjoy the pool from sunrise to sunset. You are next to the Gardon where you can swim or go canoeing to the Pont du Gard. Close to visit Uzès, Nîmes, Les Cévennes and La Camargue but also Avignon and Arles. In July, August, and September, the minimum rental is 6 days. On Pentecost weekend, long weekends and short vacations, rent for a minimum of 3 days, and the rest of the year the minimum is 2 nights.

House annex on POULX 10 minutes from Nîmes and Collias and 15 minutes from Uzès. Accommodation also close to Pont du Gard, a beautiful natural site on the river bank. The outbuilding is fully equipped and located on a wooded plot including a children's playground and a bowling alley. Guests can take advantage of the swimming pool (not private) from May to September. Calm and relaxation await you. The property has a sheltered outdoor terrace with a barbecue.
