16 sqm coziness in friendly furnished bungalow for 2 people. Quiet location amidst the greenery, adjacent to forest, meadows and fields! The kitchenette offers everything you need, as well as a sink, refrigerator, double induction stove, kettle, coffee maker and toaster. The cuddly double bed (160m x 200m) has two dimmable bedside lamps and side shelves. Sufficient storage space is provided by two shelves, the space under the bed and numerous wall hooks.

The Stöckelkeller is the former tavern in the village of Unternschreez near Bayreuth. The university is 10 minutes away by car, the city centre 15 minutes and the festival hall 20 minutes. You will be staying on 29 square meters (13 sqm of living & cooking; 11 sqm sleeping; 5 sqm bathroom) in modern, friendly rooms. We have equipped the apartment as we like to travel ourselves. The house is located directly next to the small Margrave Castle Schreez.

The apartment is located in the basement of the hillside house in a secluded location. Due to the hillside location, the bedroom, kitchen and living room have daylight. In the built-in kitchen, a stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher and a freezer/fridge are available. There is a bathroom with a bathtub and shower and an extra toilet. The terrace is covered. The terrace is adjoined by a small lawn that is only used by this apartment.

In the evening you can end the day in the garden by the bonfire in the fire bowl or while grilling. Early in the morning you can watch the most beautiful sunrises over a cup of coffee. Kitchen well equipped. For 2 adults + one child easy to use due to the folding sofa.

We have designed our little oasis with a lot of heart and look forward to welcoming our guests!
