By car, the university is 10 minutes away, the city center is 15 minutes away and the Festspielhaus is 20 minutes away. You will stay on 29 square meters (13 square meters of living & cooking; 11 square meters of sleeping; 5 square meters of bathroom) in modern, friendly rooms. We have equipped the apartment the way we like it when we travel. The house is right next to the small Margrave's Palace Schreez.

A large natural park, the former grounds of the state garden show, can be reached in 10 minutes. You can park right in front of the residential complex, along the road.

16 sqm coziness in friendly furnished bungalow for 2 people. Quiet location amidst the greenery, adjacent to forest, meadows and fields! The kitchenette offers everything you need, as well as a sink, refrigerator, double induction stove, kettle, coffee maker and toaster. The cuddly double bed (160m x 200m) has two dimmable bedside lamps and side shelves. Sufficient storage space is provided by two shelves, the space under the bed and numerous wall hooks.

Small, open-plan apartment/granny flat on the ground floor with fitted kitchen (coffee machine, toaster, kettle, fridge with freezer), bathroom (shampoo, shower gel, etc.) with shower and toilet, towels, bed linen, hairdryer. Bedroom with wardrobe, living room with sofa bed, dining table, TV. Please let us know if you want us to make the sofa bed. Families with children are very welcome, there is a high chair available as well as various toys.

Beautiful, modern, 1-room apartment (25 sqm) in a small separate house in Gasseldorf (district outside of Ebermannstadt). The apartment is located at the end of a cul-de-sac and invites you to relax and unwind in nature. The apartment is located directly on the bike/hiking trail (mostly level, flat routes right at your doorstep). It is 2.5 km to Ebermannstadt, the walk to the outdoor pool is 1000 m (3 km by car).

Our granny apartment is on the 2nd floor of our house and has a separate entrance. The fully equipped kitchen is available to the renter completely alone. A former attic in a charming old building was converted into a studio with attention to detail in 2016. There is hardly anything in it that can be bought like this. A small roof exit overlooks the rooftops of Nuremberg. In the cozy and unique room you feel right at home and can enjoy the tranquility. Centrally located yet very quiet, the center of Nuremberg can be reached in 10 minutes by U-Bahn [subway].
