Romantic coach house next to the bridge of spies!

Welcome to this unique carriage house (90sqm). Built in 1922, it has been carefully restored and converted with high-quality materials. This romantic remise is located on Potsdam villa premises featuring old fruit and walnut trees, directly at the shore of Jungfernsee. In the summer, you can enjoy a swim in the lake before breakfast, if you wish. Only a stone’s throw away from the world-famous Glienicke Bridge. For decades during the Cold War, the bridge was the place where spies were exchanged.

Berlin Wannsee Estate

If you like it quiet and close to nature and yet want to have the cities of Berlin & Potsdam around the corner, this is the place for you. There is a private entrance, terrace and Garden. Living room with kitchen and a double bed. Upstairs the bedroom with a single bed as well as a king bed. We live next door, so there's no key problem. The arrival time doesn't matter either. We are close to the train station. Griebnitzsee and Wannsee. Parking free, also truck. Pets welcome.

What a great location; right by the Sanssouci Park! The apartment is located exactly where the city and nature unite: historic buildings, pleasantly relaxed and yet a little secluded: you can look forward to the "Park Sanssouci" right outside the front door (about 300 m walk). The historic city center with the cozy street and park cafes as well as the good shopping can be reached in about five minutes with a nice walk, with the path leading through the historic old town.

Our exclusively equipped Art Remise offers comfortable and very central accommodation for two to four guests: in just a few minutes on foot you can reach the Sanssouci Palace, the historic Potsdam city center or the water landscape on the Havel Bay. The art-studio is in the backyard, so it is very quiet. Or explore Berlin from Potsdam: the train will take you directly to Berlin Central Station in just 30 minutes without having to change trains!

The fitted kitchen, spacious bathroom with a bathtub, underfloor heating and large terrace invite you to relax and work.
