The house has been completely renovated, including a new kitchen, a new bathroom and a new floor. The house is equipped with atmospheric Philips HUE lighting. Unique is the large glass front at the back. In the living room, a staircase leads to the loft with a double box spring. At the front is a second bedroom with a double bed.
