This idyllic recently renovated fisherman's cottage has a large terrace and spectacular views out to sea. You couldn’t be any closer to the sea without getting wet! The timeless village has been the setting for many films and TV dramas including About Time, Poldark and the Wild West. The South West Coast Path is on your doorstep and St Mawes, Eden Project, Lost Gardens of Heligan, Caerhays etc are all nearby. Alternatively pour yourself a glass of wine, relax and let the world turn a little!

Our property is a light open plan kitchen/sitting area with one bedroom, shower and toilet upstairs. The bedroom has restricted height to one side as seen in the photos. Outside is a cobbled area, by the side of a quiet lane, with a bench to catch the morning sun. We are fortunate to have secure off road parking for a guest’s car in our gated drive. Mevagissey is a charming fishing village with its picturesque working harbour, narrow streets, restaurants, pubs and shops, 4 minutes easy walk away

Upper Stables is a romantic hideaway nestled in the private countryside of Carclew on the outskirts of Mylor, in easy reach of creeks, beaches and Falmouth. The stables have been lovingly refurbished and boast wood fired hot tub, beams, woodburner, luxurious bathroom - roll top bath and rain shower and a large well equipped kitchen. There are many lovely spots to enjoy; meadow for sundowners, private 1 mile walk - perfect for dog owners, fenced garden with barbecue and fire pit for star gazing.

It is surprisingly big on the inside with an open plan layout on the ground floor (kitchen, dining area and lounge with direct access to the garden), plus a downstairs shower room. Upstairs is a cosy bedroom with a king-size bed, a lovely bathroom and another lounge taking advantage of the beautiful harbour and sea views. Bian Mor is a bright, airy barn conversion in a small farm complex which formerly belonged to the National Trust. The farmhouse dates from the 1650s and the barns from the 19th century. The garden affords fabulous ocean views, and is a sun trap on bright days. There is a gentle 10-15 minute walk through woodland to the nearest beach, which is on the South West Coast Path, and it is possible to walk to Falmouth or Helford Passage along the coast.
