Family-friendly holiday rentals in Port Wentworth

Our stay was only a short weekend for a wedding. We did not get to enjoy the pool or beach. No issues with stay except the back half of the villa was much warmer than the front half. The bunk room with 3 adult children had 3 tower fans and they said the night was okay. Father In law was happy being warmer since he’s always cold. Overall it was a great location close to rehearsal dinner and wedding venue.

We had a wonderful visit. The was a small issue with the toilet when we arrived, and even though it was a Sunday followed by a holiday, she managed to take care of the issue quickly and with very little inconvenience on our part. We would recommend Gloria and this property

This stay was in the perfect place. Close enough to the beach to walk, and also access to other amenities on the grounds. A lot of places to go around the stay. Very comfortable in general.

James is an amazing host! We had another fantastic stay in Hilton Head, and this place was absolutely perfect. It’s just a short walk to the beach, in a very secure and peaceful area. We rented bikes and had them delivered right to us—super convenient! The kitchen is well stocked, the bed was really comfortable, and the living room has a great TV with cable for relaxing in the evenings. Thank you, James, for helping make our short trip such a wonderful and memorable time for our family!

Great stay! In building three with an indoor pool, hot tubs, arcade and more. Nicely decorated and had everything needed. Theresa was very responsive and accommodating.

This is an older building but the unit was clean and matched the photos. We were very happy with our stay. The hosts provided a beach wagon along with chairs which was very convenient. The beach is a 1/2 mile walk along a scenic boardwalk & very easy. There is a little beach bar at the end serving drinks that you can take to the beach. The building rents bikes at the property for $35 which is very convenient. We didn’t use the pool but it was clean & would have been sufficient. Parking was easy, the elevators worked fine & the property was easily accessible by car. The hosts were responsive & friendly.

We can't say enough about the Cottage on Waight! It was immaculate & has eveything you need( and more) for a comfortable stay. The kitchen was extremely well appointed & everything you could need to cook a great meal . It even had some nice snacks, a variety of coffees & teas, spices condiments and more. The home had ample bathroom supplies... including cotton balls, qtips- even finger nail polish remover! You really didn't need a thing. Complete supply of cleaning supplies and laundry stuff. There are several outdoor spaces... we enjoyed the screen porch during a thunderstorm & the patio in the eveningsv that were unseasonably cool. They must use some type of pest control services because there were no bugs- inside or out! One of the best things is it's walkability- the great neighborhood for walking w/ many homes being remodeled or newly built. Less than a mile easy walk into downtown Beaufort with sidewalks everywhere. The Spanish Moss Trail is close & a must do esp w/ dogs!

Andrew was a great host!! When we arrived he let us check in early and the AC in the upstairs part of the unit had broken, and he was on top of it! He made sure that he had a professional and experienced HVAC man on the scene within a couple hours! They fixed the issue quickly! Host was very responsive and communicated properly with us! While the HVAC was being serviced he sat with us and told us some history on the property and messaged us a list of food places. Overall one of the best experiences! Everything was perfect! I would stay at the Jones carriage house again!

5 stars We loved our stay in this home! The courtyard was very private and a perfect space for our two mini schnauzers to play. The home is all one level, decorated lovely and stocked with everything one would need for a visit. Our host was very accommodating by allowing an early check in which was very helpful. We also enjoyed the convenience of being so close to Forsyth Park & several trolley locations. The Jones St House was beautiful, peaceful and so enjoyable. There were 5 of us -High School girl friends for over 60 years😊traveling together to have a great time in Savannah and the house was perfect! We walked all over the city Ate in great restaurants And we recommend The Pink House , Hop On Hop Off Trolley Great Bars and Forthsy Park Powell Thank you

I loved this place. It combined convenience - so close to the beach and other HH activities - and seclusion. Beautifully and thoughtfully decorated with every amenity needed and I loved the screened porch. Suzanne was communicative and helpful. I will definitely stay here again.

We had a fantastic stay! The home was clean, cozy, and exactly as described. The location was perfect—quiet, yet close to everything we needed. What truly made the experience exceptional were the hosts. They were warm, welcoming, and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable throughout our stay. Communication was easy and prompt, and they offered great local tips too. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great Airbnb experience. Wonderful location with a second floor view of the ocean! Everything you will need for your vacation is there. Easy walk to the beach or the marsh. Definitely the best value for our family of two on Fripp!!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Such a gorgeous garden area during the morning as well as in the evening. A garden you would hope to stay in while visiting Savannah. The inside was just as nice. Plenty of space and comfortable surroundings. We are delighted that we found this spot!

This is our second time staying here and we love it! It is perfect for a family of three (2 adults & 1 toddler). It is in a great location with lots to do in walking distance. Thanks for allowing others to enjoy your beautiful home.

We had a great stay. This is a well established community with quick and easy access to all of the areas attractions. Very quiet. Never heard any noises or neighbors. Plenty of space and the backyard and pool are so well designed and installed. Heated pool came in handy as we had some cool weather a few days. Kitchen appliances and laundry equipment are new. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit.

Great place a for a quick getaway with my wife. Easy 5 min walk to the beach from the room. Place was nice and really well taken care of. Host was responsive and very nice. We will most definitely return!

This is a nice house with a lot of really great perks. The golf cart, kayaks, fishing rods, beach equipment, and more made it easy to enjoy the week. The location is peaceful and ideal for fishing but not perfect for swimming or waves; we went to adjacent Hunting Island State Park for the kids to ride waves (a state park pass is included by the host). We enjoyed our week!

While we only had the pleasure of staying here for one night, we would absolutely return for longer! Jaime and Marie’s place was absolutely adorable. It looked just like the pictures, had all the things you and your family could need for a beach trip, and had the most comfortable beds! The decor was picture perfect and looked brand new. Jaime and Marie were extremely responsive to all my questions and were very kind. I had a billing concern early on and they were quick to help problem solve it for me. Hilton Head is our favorite place and we come every year. We are thankful to have found a new spot we can add to our list for places to stay. Great location, peaceful, and a real hidden gem. We had a great stay here! The house is comfortable, close to the pool & beach, with lots of beach accessories available to use. Check In/Out was easy and when I did reach out to ask a question the response was prompt.
