Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Port St. Joe

We had 7 adults and plenty of room. Didn’t even use the room with bunk beds. Layout is great for hanging out and cooking with an open kitchen, dining and living room. Mastercard bedroom and bathroom was amazing (bathroom is fantastic-very spacious). The bed was very comfortable . House was very clean, furnished with everything needed in the kitchen and throughout the house. The walk to the beach is very easy and leas than 5 minutes. Easy enough if you needed to run back to the house for something it was no problem. We had an amazing time and didn’t want to leave. Would definitely recommend!!!

Beautiful spacious home right across the street from beach access. Great location with Exxon and dollar general (groceries) and food trucks all within a block away. Came with all the beach gear you could need. Do bring your own toiletries. Pictures and description didn’t do this beach house justice. It’s gorgeous and each bedroom has its own en suite bathroom except for the one on main level with kitchen isn’t attached to bedroom.

The Henry house is absolutely amazing! Stunning views of the bay. Super easy access to the beach. Cape San Blas is truly a hidden gem. We will 100% be coming back. Caroline made our vacation a breeze with easy check in, great communication and many local recommendations! The house has everything you need and more. And it’s absolutely beautifully decorated. Literally the best vacation ever ❤️

Erin was super sweet and so welcoming! The house is super spacious and offered lots of amenities! The only thing to watch out for is the mosquitos, they’re everywhere and easily get in the house because it’s by a lake, obviously out of Erin’s control but just something to keep in mind. Other than that, we loved it here so much!

It was such a wonderful experience for me and my sons. We had a blast and the house was perfect. The communication and support spot on. Thank you both!

I hesitate to say anything because this place was magnificent and I don’t want it to be too popular. Lol. It fit every one of our needs. I got this place to fit everyone which included my oldest son and his family of 4, my middle son and his family of 4 which includes a 2 and 4 year old, and my youngest son and his family of 3 which includes an infant. The pool walk was mere feet from the decks and the food trucks were added bonuses. We love Hippie donuts. The view was spectacular and the walk to the beach easy! It was amazing and we will be returning.

Our stay was amazing. The location was directly across the road from the beach.. We watched amazing sunsets. It was a dream come true. Will was great to work with. He quickly answered all of our questions! He is a new friend in our book!

What a amazing historic home and wonderful host! Everything exceeded my expectations. Beautiful decor, comfy beds, awesome showers/tub, and thoughtful little extras. There is plenty to do in Port St. Joe, but the property is convenient for exploring the entire Forgotten Coast! I highly recommend this lovely home! Thank you, Missy!

Just like the listing. Great views. Clean and stocked. Nice host. Wonderful quiet beach. The offering of beach chairs and umbrellas (and other beach stuff) was helpful. Cute coffee bar was a nice touch. You can hear road noise at night from the bedrooms but that’s expected for the area/location.

Arell is a great host, and we had a great time staying at their AirBnB. We spent a total of 5 weeks in the house this summer, and we had an awesome time! Arell is super responsive whenever we had any questions, and the house is in really good shape. Really comfy and cozy space, and we made a lot of great memories there! This was definitely a trip I will never forget!

Absolutely loved this house and can’t wait to stay again. Host was easy to reach and responded quickly. House was clean and beautiful. We were there for a quick trip and didn’t use much in the house but, it seemed to have everything you may need.

Hannah was a great host! The apartment was SPOTLESS. You could walk barefoot without a speck of sand on your feet. She was super responsive when we asked a question too. We come here yearly to visit family and this would be a place we come back too. I can’t recommend this place enough or her enough! This is the kind of host everyone should be :)

Claire’s suite was in a perfect residential location, walkable to the downtown area and to the nearby pier and park. It was a great location for us to explore Mexico Beach, St Joe Beach, Port St. Joe, Cape San Blas, Apalachicola, and St. George Island. We tried out a couple of her restaurant recommendations, our favorites being Peachy’s on the peninsula, and Quatro Locos Tacos. The Kitchenette was a nice space to have our breakfast before heading out for the day. Easy parking directly in front of our entrance. Comfortable and cozy, and friendly communication from Claire!

We really loved this place. It was decorated so cute and had everything we needed. The best part was the location. It was within walking distance to all the shops and restaurants and also the marina which is beautiful. We accidentally left something and Venice reached out to us to let us know. She was as kind as she could be our entire stay. We will definitely stay here again! Thank you so much!

The AC unit went out in the house we originally booked, she put us in a different home at no upgraded charge! She was a great host as she gave out suggestions for beach and food for the family. 10/10 Will book with them again.

This was the second time we stayed at this location and we really enjoyed it. The people who own other condos are always nice and have made some new friends. Not to far from the beach just a couple of blocks away not a bad walk. Planning to rent again when work permits.

Great condo rental for a family vacation. Owner has home well labeled. Kitchen & bedrooms felt bigger than they look in the pictures. Our kids loved the WARM water on the outdoor shower. Several beach necessities available for use in the utility closet. It’s the little things that make a beach trip with littles great.

The location couldn't have been better, we had a perfect view of the beach and less than one minute walk before our toes were in the sand. (it's just across the street from the ocean) The condo had everything we needed, and made cooking meals easy. There were 7 of us (3 adults and 4 kids ages 4-16), and we all felt comfortable and like we had our own space. Don't worry about bringing any beach toys or gear. There's an entire walk in closet with everything you could ever want for the beach. We will definitely be back for our next beach trip!

We've been going to Mexico Beach for the last 5 years and this place has been the best stay. Would stay again in a heart beat. Owner is friendly, very responsive and detailed. Any question we might have has already been answered in the welcome guide. And I can't get over all the amenities. We really didn't need to bring as much as we did. They are fully equipped with all your and the kids beach needs. As well as the kitchen. I was very impressed all in all. 10/10!

We always try to find somewhere in the 36th - 38th street area and this condo fits perfectly into that. We’ve stayed in this complex before and this unit is one of our favorites. Very spacious and comfortable. Feels way bigger than a typical condo. Easy walk to beach is always a plus. Shell Shack right next door is great for quick, fresh, to-go seafood dinners. Loved our stay and will be back.

Great place with easy access to the beach and a beautiful view of the setting sun over the gulf. Lots of space, with three bedrooms and bathrooms to accommodate a large party. The kitchen was well-equipped, so we could cook for ourselves. Everything about the stay was made easy by host Susie.

Condo was exactly as described. It was very clean and had all the amenities we needed. Would definitely stay here again and would recommend to others.

This condo was perfect for our family of 3. We appreciated the elevator, very functional kitchen, balcony with patio furniture and the clean pool and surrounding grounds. We love that we didn’t hear or see the traffic from our balcony, though the traffic in Mexico Beach is minimal compared to other parts of Florida. Mexico Beach is truly the best kept secret in the state of Florida. Thank you for the wonderful stay!
