Absolutely perfect! Relaxing. Quiet. The property was beautifully landscaped! Just steps to the beach! House was clean and quite spacious. Devi was responsive and available to answer all questions. Highly recommended. We plan to come back!

Jodi is a terrific host. This is the second time we have stayed at one of their townhomes at Barrier Dunes. They do everything top notch. The place is well stocked with everything we needed. The grill is high quality. The beds are very comfortable. It is just a great stay all around.

Cape San Blas is our go to every year for family vacation. We usually stay in barrier dunes but different condos, usually just what we can find. The location was perfect for getting close to the beach and very manageable walk with two little kids. Will definitely book with them again, just through their website next time!

This is the most beautifully decorated beach home I’ve ever stayed at. I’m an interior designer and most beach places are so cheesy and tacky but this place was gorgeous and very thoughtfully done and that elevates the whole space. Great air conditioning and perfectly stocked. Beds were insanely comfortable too. So much amazing beach gear provided too that made life more enjoyable and easy! There was one large cockroach we found but that is more a function of being next to the pond and at such a low elevation and very understandable and not in way related to the cleanliness overall which was perfect.

Albert is an awesome host and his “Home By the Sea” on Cape San Blas was divine! His place is very clean and well taken care of and it has everything you need for cooking in the kitchen or hanging out on the beach, just bring your beach towels! He led us to all the spots on and off the Cape with restaurant recommendations, PLUS! We snorkeled with AquaBear Adventures and rode horses on the beach with Rockin’ M Ranch. The water was still cold in early April, but we made the best of it and the close proximity to the beach made it easy to come and go. We also enjoyed the upper deck and view off the ocean side bedroom, as well as the screened porch and the lower deck near the grill. The small community of Barefoot Trace was quiet and peaceful and being able to hear the ocean through the windows and screened doors at night was a bonus! Beautiful location! It’s hard to find a nice dog friendly location at the beach but this property was perfect! Close to the beach and the entire community was dog friendly. The property was also stocked with everything we needed and labeled so items were easy to find. 10/10 we would love to stay here again!

Our Airbnb stay was exceptional! The property was impeccably clean and well-maintained, with no signs of wear and tear. We loved the abundance of USB ports and plugs, which made charging our devices easy. The kitchen was fully equipped, perfect for cooking meals, and there were plenty of comfortable seating options both inside and out. The labeled light switches were a thoughtful touch, making it easy to navigate the house. The location was fantastic, just a short walk to the beach in a quiet area. Communication with the hosts was excellent; they were responsive and helpful. The lighting throughout the house was great, with plenty of lamps creating a warm ambiance. The only small downside was that the downstairs bedroom had a full-size mattress instead of the queen mentioned in the listing, but it was still comfortable. The Roku TV was new to us, but it worked fine once we got the hang of it. Overall, we had an amazing experience and can't wait to return!

This place is great. Not front row on the beach but one porch does have an ocean view which is lovely. It is a short walk to the beach and is stocked with plenty of chairs and boogie boards for everyone! The upper bunk room is slanted ceiling and difficult for tall people to get into but the kids fit just fine. We weren’t there long but would definitely come back!

Michele was amazing! She was welcoming and helpful leading up to the trip. There was an error in the listing, and Michele immediately went into “fix it mode” which allowed me to focus on stuff I needed to do with a houseful of people. The weather was frustrating as we had double red flags the whole time we were there at our beach. Michele helped us navigate it and helped us find a place to swim. The master bedroom porch became my favorite place to read and relax. It was amazing and we will be back!!

The place was great. Robert is very responsive. We had an issue with the air and Robert was quick to get a repair man to the house.

We had a nice time. This unit is geared towards dogs with plenty of supplies. (We didn’t have a dog). We enjoy the bay and the beach. Nice pool too!

We really enjoyed Jevon and Stacey's place. Very close to the Gulf. Very comfortable and clean. Decorated beautifully. The bed in the master was extremely comfortable. This was our first time in Mexico Beach. We recommend Mexico Beach and this condo. Thanks Jevon and Stacey.

I loved staying here! It feels like you’re on a boat. Throughout the day I would move to different balconies to chill. The beach felt very private. Enjoyed the restaurants and general stores close by. Everything was so peaceful.

Second time staying here. Host is always responsive and friendly. Place is always clean and well stocked with supplies. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back!

Richard was a great host, before and during our stay. The place was just as expected based on the listing. We felt right at home. Comfy beds and great a/c after a long hot day at the beach. Loved the snacks and plenty of coffee that Richard had there. There were even little dog treats for our Sassy girl. We will keep this on our list of favorites.

Eve was very responsive the place was clean and just as described. We would stay here again and recommend to anyone else.

This was our 1st time visiting Mexico Beach and we will definitely be back. Brandi’s beach cottage was beautiful and just a short walk to the beach! We enjoyed the private back patio. She also had plenty of beach chairs, umbrellas, and even a beach wagon. The quietness of Mexico Beach was so nice and everyone you meet is very friendly. We also enjoyed going 20 mins down the road to St. Port Joe. Plenty more shops, grocery stores, restaurants, and a lighthouse if you need something to do.

Our stay at this beach house was absolutely wonderful! The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The location is perfect — just a short walk to the beach, with great local restaurants and shops nearby. We especially loved having morning coffee on the balcony while watching the sunrise. The host was fantastic: responsive, friendly, and full of great recommendations. The little touches like beach towels, a nice kitchen, and comfy bedding made the stay extra special. We truly didn’t want to leave and are already planning our next visit. Highly recommend this spot for anyone looking for a peaceful, beachside escape!

The location was excellent, a few minute walk thru the community to the beach. The townhouse overlooked a pond, enjoyed watching the numerous turtles and birds from the decks while relaxing or barbecuing on the gas grill. Everything needed for a beach day was provided, we used the umbrella, chairs, and a beach wagon to easily get it to the beach. The unit was nicely decorated, the kitchen was well equipped to make cooking easy. The king sized bed was very comfortable. We had a great vacation relaxing on the beach, fishing, exploring the state park, riding on the bicycle trail., and eating oysters at the numerous oyster bars in the Port Saint Joe area

The condo is very well decorated with a fully stocked kitchen! Great views from all levels! There are food trucks just across the street. I would definitely stay there again!

This location is absolutely beautiful and cannot be possibly any more ocean front. There are a ton of great places to eat and visit in Port Saint Joe and on Cape San Blas. The beach is very accessible. There was some damage done to the beach right in front of and outside the property due to Hurricane Helene, which is unfortunate, but there is still a lot of beach to be lounged on nearby! One of the coolest things that I didn't expect is that the Air Force does training nearby, and flew by the cape several times, very cool! I don't think I have any negative things to say about the space itself. The kitchen is very nice and is fully equipped. There's a washer and dryer which is very convenient. The views are amazing. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again!

I’m a single mom who travelled down to port st Joe with my mother and young kiddos and we had an emergency issue that made our original accommodations unable for us to stay and I was able to book immediately at Andrew’s property on the Cape (which is absolutely beautiful) and was able to call him to explain our situation. He was incredibly helpful to accommodate our needs as we had groceries we didn’t want to go bad and gave great recommendations for things to do while we waited for the unit to be cleaned. They did a phenomenal job cleaning the unit and it was so accessible for my kiddos which took so much pressure of me to get to the beach and pool. Also his property manager was absolutely amazing and welcomed us to ensure an easy transition given our unique situation of needing immediate new accommodations at Andrew’s unit. I can’t say enough how welcome and at home I felt. I typically travel to Miami and will definitely want to come back with my kids. It was amazing!

I love staying at Adam’s home. It felt like it was brand new. It was fully equipped with every thing you would need for your stay. It also was very quiet and private even though it was part of a condo community. Adam even arranged beautiful weather for us! I would definitely stay again and recommend to family and friends!

I have no idea how we lucked out to get this home at the last minute! I wondered if I was overlooking something, but I wasn't. It was just as lovely in person! Really, one of the nicest AirB&Bs we have ever stayed in. Beautifully designed and decorated, and everything was spotless. The chairs, beach wagon, and Shibumi shade were great. My tall husband was impressed that the shower head was taller than him. This home is close to the jetty and canal, and if you cross the bridge, you can take a long beach walk and have it all to yourself for miles. We have loved Mexico Beach for decades, and it is wonderful to see how it continues to rebuild after Hurricane Michael. We would love to stay at Jill's place again sometime.
