Hi! We are 4: Florian, Romy, Leni (8) and Henri (3) We live on the outskirts of HH in a lovingly and modern renovated terraced house from the 70s. The S-Bahn towards Hamburg City can be easily reached in a five-minute walk. Our garden is our oasis of play and well-being. We love the rather quiet location with shopping, playgrounds, the Krupunder See and public transport within walking distance. The Baltic and North Sea are only about 60-80 minutes away.

The townhouse is located in the quiet and green municipality of Bönningstedt and borders Hamburg. A guest room measures 10 sqm (1st floor). Bed (1.40 x 2.00 metres) + single bed (0.80 x 1.90 metres). The second guest room is located in the attic with just under 30 sqm. There is a queen size bed (1.80 x 2.00 meters) + single bed (0.90 x 2.00 meters). Access via a foldable staircase. In the basement, there is a table tennis table and dumbbells

The modern equipped house half is about 80 m2 in size and has 2 bedrooms each with a double bed (1.80 and 1.40 m) and the living room has a sofa bed that can accommodate 2 people. The rooms are all out backwards looking into the woods. We are located in the middle of the Hainisch Illand nature reserve and the house is located directly on the main road that leads directly to Hamburg city center. 2 parking spaces are right outside the front door.

Elbstrand

Dear guests, the property to be rented is located in the second row on the Elbchaussee. You can use the garden (large trampoline with basketball hoop). The sky ladder and thus the stairs to the Elbe beach is a 2-minute walk away. There you can enjoy a coffee in the beach pearl or the ahoi and eat a little something. Internet is available and may be used. Shopping (bakery, butcher) is a 5-10 minute walk in Liebermannstrasse.

My little house is flooded with light, lovingly furnished and invites you to feel good. Supermarkets are within walking distance about 10min and there is also a shopping center. The bus is 200 meters away and takes you directly to the train station (900m). The train goes directly into the city and to the main station ( approx. 20 min drive).
