Pet-friendly holiday rentals in Port of Hamburg

Very nice accommodation and lovingly furnished, you feel right at home! The only thing I have to complain about is the district. This is not very busy right now. It takes about 30 minutes to get to Hamburg by bus, but it was completely fine. For the fact that you have the Öjendorfer See next door, a 5-minute walk away. Happy to come back! Perfect for dogs and humans :)

Great stay, maybe a tip for the hot days: air conditioning or fans would be nice. Furthermore, it was a super clean cottage, close to the Volksparkstadion.

We were allowed to spend an extended weekend in Birte's house. From the first moment, we felt very comfortable. The accommodation is very cozy and offers everything you need for a relaxing stay. The quiet location in the middle of the countryside is particularly beautiful - perfect for switching off and relaxing. Thanks to the direct access to the dyke, you can spontaneously watch the passing ships and sheep. The sauna is also a nice bonus (costs extra, but the price is okay). All in all, a completely successful stay – we will be happy to come back!

The apartment is a hidden gem! The room is beautiful and the neighborhood is quiet, but at th same time super close to the subway station and their are a lot of grocery stores, coffee shops, and restaurants close by.

"Dat Au Huus" is simply worth every cent. It is very lovingly renovated and equipped with everything you need. There's nothing missing. You feel very comfortable right away. Everything is very, very clean and well maintained. You have a lot of space and the garden and terrace are also a dream. Communication with Sonja is very friendly, uncomplicated and fast. Exemplary! And her homemade welcome curd cheese balls were very tasty. 👍 We give everything to Sternen, and definitely recommend this accommodation! Thanks for the nice days.

We were there as a family - 8 people can easily find space. The house is beautifully decorated, the bathrooms in the basement great, we felt very comfortable. Maybe you could install some kind of safety device on the stairs to the basement and the first floor, but all in all a great place to recommend. Thank you and best regards, Bettina

A very warm welcome. Maurice and Ingo, open-minded world people who are discreet and reserved, but immediately there for questions and requests. And also a house that leaves nothing to be desired. Actually, I wanted to take a pool vacation, which I also had and enjoyed very much, but the place is more. A house and a landscape that invites you to discover even in winter without a pool, to relax or work from home. If you want, you can immerse yourself in Jules Verne "20,000 Leagues Under the Sea" or in the life or stories of Daphne du Maurier. There's a lot to discover. The most diverse literature, the pictures, the record player with..., in general the tasteful, lovingly furnished apartment. First you look fleetingly at a picture - then you see the story behind it e.g. La prune with a bitten macaron ;-) Macron? or the birds... or...

We felt at home in this accommodation from the first moment. The view of the well-kept garden with the pool is a real highlight – holiday feeling guaranteed! You can reach the city centre in a reasonable time by bus and tram. Our tip: We bought the ticket via the HVV app. All in all, a wonderful and stylish accommodation that we would like to book again when we are in Hamburg. The check-in worked wonderfully without problems, the sauna was fabulous as well as the pool. quiet environment Parking in front of the property wonderful, restaurant just around the corner not far into the city. we felt super comfortable, we would definitely use it again and also recommend it.

A very cute, small granny apartment with shared garden. Very child-friendly. We felt very comfortable right away. Yvonne greeted us in a very friendly way. There was even a fresh breakfast egg, elderflower jelly and chicken feed for everyone with which we were allowed to feed the in-house chickens. Our son was very pleased with the child-friendly bedding and the available building blocks and books. There was also a toilet seat and potty. We stayed there for one night and could definitely imagine coming back again. There are many great destinations nearby. Everything was very clean, neat and easy to feel good.☺️

This location is beautiful and relaxing. I will miss it as I continue onward with my travels. One thing I would have done different is to purchase a week long pass for the Ferry ride. My travels include using the Ferry daily but that is not the case for everyone. Also schedule additional time for travel using the Ferry because you may not get on the Ferry boat immediately due to the amount of cars waiting. I would anticipate an additional half hour for travel. I loved hearing the birds in the morning and even heard a Cuckoo bird. Fun. I would consider staying there again.

We felt very comfortable in the apartment! There is a blind for the window in the shower (for those who are also asking😉). The garden is a dream and we sat in the sun in the afternoon for an hour or two and watched the chicken gang during their laps. The street was quite noisy during our visit. The windows are super insulated - when they are closed, it's completely unproblematic. But we slept with the window open and then it was quite noisy. Maybe this will be better due to the leaves on the trees in front of the window, but everything was still bare with us. 🙂 The contact with Christoph was super nice, friendly and uncomplicated both before and on site.

A really nice family house in a quite and peaceful area. Some of the beds are in the basement, but the rooms have fresh air and are clean and tidy. I wish we had more time to spend here rather than just an overnight stop on our way from Norway.

A special place to stay! The house is beautiful and modern, with many technological gadgets that make the stay extra comfortable. The pool and trampoline are absolutely gold for children and adults alike. Inga, the friendly host, is very helpful and always ready to answer questions, even after an extensive tour. It is also nice to know that she is staying on the same property, only 25 meters away, which offers extra reassurance. Please note that (during the period we stayed here) there were a lot of mosquitoes and wasps. The house is of course located directly on the forest. This is good to know for future guests. All in all a great experience and a place I would definitely recommend for 2 adults with kids!

We had a wonderful stay! The place is super clean and pleasantly quiet. We took trips to Hamburg by bus and ferry - it was very easy to find and arriving by boat is always something special. Valentin is a super nice host: when we asked if there was a bike, he provided us with one very quickly and easily 😊 everything was great 🤩

We were at André's place for the second time. It was like the first visit a year ago, everything was great. The accommodation is very clean, well maintained and equipped with everything you need for your stay. The children were happy about the new bed, it was much more comfortable than the couch last year. André is always approachable and takes care of you immediately if you need help. The apartment is just a few steps from the elevated railway, with which you can quickly explore the whole city. In the immediate vicinity, you will find all the shops you need. It's also nice to see that André takes the reviews to heart. Oropax were available if needed. We hardly noticed the noise, as we fell asleep tired after the long walks. We'd love to come back. Thank you André

Very nice location with lots of greenery and good air. The terrace and the view of the Elbe are unbeatable. The apartment is spacious and bright. Kitchen well equipped, but pure cooking kitchen without windows. Bathroom very large and bright. Large bedroom, on the street. But you can sleep peacefully at night (core time about 11:00 pm to 6:00 am), then cars and minibuses passing by here and there. Window easy to open for ventilation, but visible from the street and opposite houses. Living room wonderfully large and bright, view of the countryside and the Elbe. However, "couching and TV" should not be the focus of the stay. The furnishings are individual, rather rustic and in keeping with the style of the house.

Charming, spacious and arty flat in a very good location. Beautifully decorated. Comfortable couch. Bathroom is a little narrow. Recommend!
