Our stay in Artems appartment was fantastic! The appartment was clean, had airconditioning and had plenty of space. We were very happy with our host Artem, he is friendly and responds quickly! The location is nice, within walking distance of restaurants and the city center. We would definitely return and recommend to others!

The house is as shown in the photos, very spacious and beautiful. Very easy access and Tatiana responds to messages very quickly. Definitely a good idea to stay at his house.

Jorge was wonderful and responsive! The apartment was incredible, and 1 minute walk to the tram or Bus into Valencia. we will be back for sure!

Carlos’ place was absolutely perfect! The attention to detail, the thoughtfulness throughout the space. I adored the entire aesthetic and you can tell he really put a lot of time into a perfectly curated relaxing space. He was thoughtful, friendly and very responsive host. Would absolutely stay here again and can’t wait to come back!

Perfect spot for a quiet weekend by the sea with my mother and family. The location on the beach is exactly what we were looking for: peace, sun and the sound of waves crashing. It was plenty of space for the 4 of us and the extra bathroom outside was great for quick showers after a dip in the water. Parking was easy, but I could see it being difficult in the peak seasons based on the availability on a calm weekend. The supermarket is walking distance and has all the necessities, while larger facilities and greater variety of restaurants are within a 10 minute drive. The water was clean and felt amazing even in September. The beach is pebbly, but nothing that wasn't manageable with water shoes. Once in the water, the rocks were minimal and we had a pleasant swim. There are larger rocks creating small coves, but that did not create any issues to swim, but in fact helped break the waves and created calmer waves. Our host was so kind, responsive and pleasant as well. Highly recommend.

Excellent stay, quiet and relaxing especially after a day of walking in Valencia. We were able to enjoy all the equipment made available to us. Even if a vehicle is necessary for visits, we are not far from the city of Valencia (1/2 hour). Our host is very responsive, which is appreciated. We would recommend this listing.

Maria's place is in a great spot in town with access to everything you could want. The home itself is well appointed and feels very homey. Our family of 4 including 2 small children were very comfortable.

Beautiful place very clean and well decorated, a really comfortable bed. Very good for enjoying the beautiful beach, less good if you want to visit the city because it takes 40 minutes by bus and after 10:30 p.m. only the taxi remains. Overall it was perfect for calm and direct access to the beach. Rosana is very helpful and friendly. Valencia is splendid!!

I have been following Aurora as an occupational therapist for a long time, and this shared space project seemed like a great idea to meet in person, and address many concerns that with her recommendations will help us find solutions. The house is very clean and tidy. It was our first time in this type of accommodation, and this getaway to Vall d'Uixo was a wonderful experience, as a family, including our pet, of course. A great welcome and very respectful coexistence. Always attentive to us, but respecting our family moments. She offered us the service of a pet sitter to be able to visit the Caves of San Josep, and recommendations for places to visit very close by. 100% recommended. We had a great stay in Andres and Rocia's loft. The loft was very spacious, extremely well equipped and very quietly located. Distances to the city center and the beach were very doable on foot. Rocia responded very quickly to questions or requests we had. Really enjoyed the stay and it is not impossible that we will come back to Valencia again and then we hope to be able to stay in this beautiful loft again.

Incredible stay about 30 mins drive from Valencia town / airport - a real gem of a find on Airbnb. We had 2 couples and 2 infants, and the property was ideal. Very spacious, extremely well equipped, beautiful pool and hot tub on the balcony. It was immaculately clean, especially given the size. The place was full of unexpected extras that really added to the trip, such as a games, archery set, balls, a large speaker for outside, brilliant bbq area, treehouse and a wendy house for the kids. Even though the pictures are great, they can’t do this place justice. Equally, it doesn’t show how great the host was. We arrived late on Saturday evening and we were treated to a lots of complimentary food and drink to welcome us - a wonderful touch. I would highly recommend this stay for any one looking for somewhere brilliant conveniently situated from valencia. It’s also only 20 mins from a beach, large supermaket and the incredible Mirador El Gabri viewpoint.

Rafa and Maria are very nice and flexible, the apartment is perfect, large, clean, with everything you need inside. It is very well located right next to the sea, and the pool on the same floor, which is very practical. 100% recommended.

Just back from our second stay at Oceans 11 apartment…we had such a lovely experience the first time around and as a returning guest; the second certainly did not disappoint! We appreciated the new air conditioning installation and the apartment is as fantastic as before…clean, comfortable, centrally located and quick access to St.Antoni beach. A pleasure to stay in beautiful Cullera again, thanks Conor for recommending taxis, restaurants and our day trip to Gandía on the train. We highly recommend this beautiful accommodation.

We had a great stay in Jana's apartment. It is very well located and really nice. It is a bit noisy, but otherwise really quiet at night. We were even allowed to leave our luggage in the apartment a little longer, which was really very nice and we appreciated it very much. We would definitely recommend the apartment.
