Clean and well-equipped accommodation, we were also able to benefit from equipment for our one-year-old child. The accommodation has been tastefully renovated. We felt good in this little cocoon for a few days. Ideally located, we were able to enjoy the city centre of Granville only ten minutes' walk away. Granville train station is easily accessible. Local shops are appreciable, super Burger offered right next to the accommodation, Lidl accessible a few minutes away, pharmacy and bakery are also nearby. We had a very pleasant stay in Granville. The apartment is very spacious, very well decorated and is well located in a very close and quiet neighborhood to the city center. We got there very easily with clear instructions from the host. We had a very pleasant 3-day stay. Recommended.

Without a doubt, one of, if not THE best place we’ve stayed through AirBNB. Our hosts were wonderful and did a great job at translation with us. They were super-friendly and super-responsive. None of my family wanted to leave when our time was up. The quiet location and complete lack of tourists was very welcomed. This stay was exactly what we prefer and enjoy. We would very much like to come back, as there was so. Much more to see and do than what we had time for. OUTSTANDING HOSTS AND PLACE TO STAY!!!

Very nice house, perfect for two! Great for holidays with dog, the garden is very well fenced. The jacuzzi is great and certainly a highlight! Really nicer than the pictures! Two bathrooms (one upstairs, one downstairs), roof terrace upstairs, terrace with jacuzzi downstairs, washer and dryer, bikes, a car parking space, close to the sea and quiet! Really nice is also a basket of dog blankets and bowls.

Very nice rental, tastefully decorated, impeccable bedding, Roselyne was very responsive to our request. Honestly, nothing but positive. We had a great time in a very beautiful area .

What an amazing place the pictures don’t do it justice. There was everything you need and more, it is very well equipped, from kitchen equipment, pool equipment and everyday necessities! We have two young boys and everything you require is already there. Our boys loved it, especially the play area and pool. Lovely hosts, lovely home and very clean and tidy If we are in the area again in the future we would no doubt book this again.

Marina's house is charming. You feel good as soon as you settle in because it is warm: a little cocoon. The environment is nice and quiet. The house is ideally located 150 metres from the sea. we were hosted very well. I would this property.

We had a wonderful stay at Christelle's house. Everything was perfectly thought out: we found everything we needed. The children enjoyed the many games and toys available to them. The house is ideally located, close to shops and the beach. Christelle is a lovely, responsive and very professional host, always available to respond quickly to our messages. A big thank you also to David for his warm welcome! We recommend Christelle's house with our eyes closed and will definitely come back!

We had a lovely stay in Granville. The apartment is as advertised and is very well located (2 min from the city center on foot and 5 min from the martime train station). Régine welcomed us very warmly in the apartment and the communication with was clear and fluid. We would recommend this listing.

The place was nice, very clean and comfortable. The only trouble was locating it, there were no pictures of the outside and building did not look like a private residence. The check in instructions were on the app so I didn’t know to look for an additional email. But some came right out to assist us

Beautiful views, easy check in, lovely clean and well equipped room. Meeting the rescued ducks a particular highlight for the children! Would be nice to have a bit more outdoor seating if possible.

Apartment facing the harbor absolutely great to live to the rhythm of fishermen and tides. Very well located, everything is on foot whether it is the walks by the sea, the old town or the city center with artist shops and independents. The apartment is as described, well arranged with a beautiful kitchen and a beautiful living room, ideal for cocooning. The plus, the garage and the private elevator.
