Spacious apartment facing the port, a 5-minute walk from the city center, completely renovated. Shops nearby, Cité de la Mer, ferry terminal... Naval Group is a 10-minute drive. The apartment is located above our computer shop on the 1st floor with a staircase to access it. There is no elevator. There is also a studio on the ground floor just below the bedroom.
