The apartment is located right by the strait in Langesund in an apartment building with 6 other apartments. This one is on the 3rd floor and is a year old. The apartment is fully furnished. Parking space for car outside is included in the price. Here you live close to the sea, great hiking areas, Wrightegården and Langesund city center with shops and restaurants. There are good swimming and fishing opportunities here. Short distance to both the pebble beach and sandy beach and a great archipelago. It is 7 min by car to the shopping center, and 30 min to the golf course.

A fantastic place close to Porsgrunn's bathing areas. The closest one is just down the street from the house. Røra bathing area is further out towards the mountain village, where simple meals, wine and pils are served. Food and drinks are also available at Olavsberget/ Olavskroa (path behind the marina) in addition, there are many nice small beaches and bathing areas. Right in front of the house is Olavsberget with its diving towers and footbridge over to the cat island, where a gapahuk is set up for hikers. porch with lots of sun. heat pump installed.

Wifi, streaming TV and electricity is included in the price. Pets not allowed. For long term rental, a reservation is made for electricity price. Sublets are not allowed under any circumstances and will result in an immediate termination of the lease. For shorter rental periods, two people can stay here, but do not recommend for longer rental periods.

Short distance to the beach 2-3 minutes walking distance, good fishing and hiking areas. Private small jetty. It is a popular area with bustling summer life from Olavsberget and Kattøya. 7 km to Porsgrunn city centre with about 7 minutes drive by car.

Quiet and quiet space with nice views, and good sun conditions from morning to evening. The house is located at the end so has no through traffic. Døvika is located at the end of Eidangerfjorden. Here you can really relax to enjoy the sun and the view. There are large flats/porch with garden furniture. Location on a lovely sandy beach where it is shallow. 4 different seating outside where you can hear the sea The cabin is located on the coastal path in Bamble, where there are very nice hiking opportunities. Short walk (1.7km) to Wrightegaarden where concerts are held throughout the summer. Nice for fishing from or along the mountain beyond in the fjord. Paddling, SUP and bike rides are nice in the area.
