The apartment is within walking distance of Langesund with the concert venue Wrightegaarden, great swimming beaches and rocks as well as the coastal path for nice hikes. There are also good fishing opportunities in the lake. Fishing from land is popular so you don't necessarily have to go out in a boat. In Langesund, you will find several eateries (Papas Pizza, Viktoria, Langesund Landhandel, Bobben, Solsiden and others) and streets with charming old wooden houses. An idyllic town with a good holiday vibe.

Hyggelig og moderne leilighet med kort vei til Skien sentrum. Porsgrunn er bare en liten tur unna. Kollektivtrafikk rett på utsiden. Nydelig utsikt til elva i fra en romslig balkong. Jeg bor selv i leiligheten og stortrives. Jeg leier den ut ofte da jeg er mye ute og reiser så tilgjengelighet vil variere. Når dere leier har jeg selvfølgelig ikke tilgang til leiligheten.
