With the forest as the nearest neighbor, you have great hiking opportunities just outside the door, without traffic, noise or nuisance. There is free parking in the courtyard and a short distance to the nearest grocery store and pharmacy. Fully equipped with, among other things, a complete kitchen, a bathroom with a washing machine, Wi-Fi, a large 85'' Ultra HD smart TV, and a cot/high chair available.

Døvika is located at the end of Eidangerfjorden. Here you can really relax and enjoy the sun and the view. There are large patios/porch with garden furniture. There is a furnished garden room. Apartment on the 1st floor, with plenty of space both outside and inside! The apartment is 80 sqm, has most of what you need and is nice and spacious. Located in the middle between Skien and Porsgrunn. 100m to bus stop, 300m to shop and good parking opportunities. The house is at the end of a cul-de-sac and has very little traffic. You park right at the front door and the electric car charger (type 2) is ready for use. Code lock on door for easy access. The apartment is equipped with a heat pump and underfloor heating.
