Relax at this fully restored 16th century gite in the heart of the 11 Ha estate, embellished with centuries-old oak trees. You will enjoy a soothing and serene setting 1 hour 15 minutes from Bordeaux and the ocean beaches of Hossegor, with many walking or cycling walks, 10 minutes from all amenities. Available: table tennis, trampoline, rackets, petanque, darts, table football. Swimming pool only in July and August: saltwater, heated, secure, 12m x 6m, open from 12 noon to 8 pm.

Pleasant 25 m² studio, fully furnished with taste, adjoining our property, with separate and private entrance, composed of: - Equipped kitchen (fridge, microwave, coffee maker, stove, utensils) - Bedroom with 160 x 200 bed - Bathroom - Separate toilet - Smart TV and Wi-Fi - Small private outdoor area. This accommodation is located in the center of a small village in the heart of Chalosse, 20 minutes from Dax, 1 hour from the Atlantic Ocean. This 30 square meter mezzanine studio is equipped with a fridge, 2 induction stoves, microwave, coffee machine (Nespresso), washing machine, TNT TV. Wi-Fi is available free of charge. The small bathroom consists of a shower, sink and toilet. The mezzanine bedroom has a 140 bed and a closet. Baby crib on request.

My little house is available for occasional rental :) With its two bedrooms and garden, it can accommodate different groups: families, friends, tourists, workers... Located in a small quiet subdivision in the heart of Pontonx, you will find all amenities nearby and accessible on foot or by bike! Renovated (almost) entirely in 2020: the bathroom and toilet are the only two rooms not renovated but which obviously remain functional and clean!

Touraine and its small private garden

Studio, outside flood zone, single-story, fully equipped, located in Tartas, Landais village. 20 minutes from Dax and Mont-de-Marsan. Perfect for a vacation, for a stopover, or a business trip. Guests can enjoy a small private garden without overlooking for outdoor dining. Local shops are accessible, 5 minutes' walk. (supermarket, bakery, bank, pharmacy) I strive to make every effort to ensure that you do not miss anything during your stay.

Enjoy a very special holiday in a haven of quietness! This 110m2 barn will stay cool in the summer and warm in the winter thanks to thermal insulation works completed in 2022 :-) On the edge of the Arjuzanx Reserve, where you can swim and practice nautical activities in the summer, and watch the crane migration in winter... The ocean beaches (Mimizan, Contis, Lespecier...) are 45min away by car.
