The Terrace of Victory

La Terrazza di Vittoria is a delightful studio on one level surrounded by silence and greenery. It is located a few meters from the main house and just 2 km from Città della Pieve. The large garden surrounding the house is a natural terrace overlooking Lake Trasimeno. It is enriched by a pergola equipped with a table and barbecue available for your meals in total relaxation. Inside, in a 40 sqm space, there is a double bed, a sofa bed, a bathroom and an equipped kitchen.

Cottage surrounded by nature

"IL PODERACCIO" is a typical stone farmhouse located on the hills surrounding Lake Trasimeno, immersed in beautiful Mediterranean vegetation. The building is spread across two floors. The pool and garden frame the whole. The swimming pool is open from May 1st to October 15th. Please note that following the COVID 19 emergency, all the directives required by the legislation have been adopted for cleaning and sanitizing the house.

Parking for cars up to 1.9 meters wide. Equipped with everything you need for cooking, coffee, sugar, oil, salt, TV, and Wi-Fi in the historic district of Borgo bello, in complex from the 1600s, with private and personal PARKING, 50 square meter loft. The house has been recently refurbished, all furnishings are new. The house, and the parking lot just across the street, are located in a fenced, quiet, and private building.

The villa is located at 500 meters above sea-level, at 17 km from Perugia, 20 km from Assisi and 20 km from Gubbio. The panoramic location is very suggestive and quiet. The apartments was recently renewed and is equipped with everything needed for short or long stays. In the large park there are pets, donkeys and peacocks. Perugia airport is only 13 km.
