Just metres from Porthilly Beach on the stunning Camel Estuary, aptly named 'Little Tides' is a beautifully converted barn. The property is tucked away in a sought after cove location on the grounds of Porthilly Farm, just a short walk across the beach to Rock. This charming little gem is an idyllic coastal getaway perfect for romantic breaks, taking it easy by the sea or for adventurous getaways alike. We run a working dairy and shellfish farm and our oysters & mussels are grown in the estuary.

The owners, have tenderly re-created a heavenly chalet after the original chalet from the 1930's was knocked down in 2019 & rebuilt to this stunning standard by local craftsmen. The owners wanted a family space to share with guests, and have a mix of modern , retro & vintage with panoramic views over the ocean stretching as far as Rame Head ,Looe, Seaton & Downderry. Close to HMS Raleigh &Polhawn Fort. There are 120 steps down to the chalet.

Scarrabine farmhouse annex is in a beautiful, quiet coastal location. Easy free parking unlike Port Isaac! Amazing sea views and sunsets from the bedroom. Located just above Port Quin, 1 mile from Port Isaac (as the crow flys). Open plan barn conversion, spacious living area and lovely sunny outside seating area. 10 mins walk to Port Quin and the coastpath. 35 mins walk to Port Isaac on the inland footpath. 10 mins drive to the surf at Polzeath. A great base to explore either on foot or by car.

A bright & spacious family home with private garden, 250m walk to Polzeath beach. Apr-Oct, minimum 7 nights, Fri-Fri only. Nov-Mar, minimum 3 nights. Message me for alternatives. The house has a BBQ, smart TV, Ping Pong table, surf boards, books, games and hot outdoor shower. The garden is full of flowers with a south facing deck, perfect for dining outside. It sleeps 7/8 comfortably in 4 rooms. The queen room is small, for one person or cosy up! Summer house (Mar to Oct) can sleep 3.

There has been a mill on this site since 1298 and in 2019 we completely refurbished the current 18th century milll to a very high standard to ensure a truly comfortable and magical getaway.
