Seashells, dog friendly, fabulous harbour views

Seashells is an end of terrace cottage, overlooking the harbour, and situated in the heart of the pretty village of Polruan. The cottage has been lovingly renovated by the present owners. It is ideally placed for exploring the area, as well as visiting nearby landmarks such as the Eden Project. The cottage is dog friendly and is equipped so that they too can enjoy their stay. Fabulous walks to be enjoyed all around. Winter lets are available at reduced prices. Please contact Sarah to discuss.

Crow's Nest, breath taking views!

Crow's Nest is a cosy, well equipped, 2 bedroom, apartment which has stunning, uninterrupted views of the Fowey estuary. It’s on the second floor of the Old Captain's house, which is a 2 minute walk from two pubs, cafe, shop, bakery, tidal beach and the Fowey ferry. It's suitable for a family, a couple or friends, it may be a squeeze for four adults. There are many walks and beaches in the area, as well as shops, restaurants and boat hire in Fowey and lots of attractions within an easy drive.

River Cottage is a perfect little bolthole, moments from Polruan's tiny harbour with cosy pubs, cafes and a regular foot ferry over to the historic harbour town of Fowey. Escape to a stylishly renovated fisherman's cottage with cosy skandi touches such as a log burner, slate floors and scrummy 100% linen bedding from the Secret Linen Store. Throughout the cottage you will find the artist-owner's original artwork & pottery. Oh, and there's a WOW of a seaview from the lovely spacious bedroom.

Salts Cottage A waterside cottage

Salts is a cottage on the water’s edge with private direct access into the sea with panoramic uninterrupted views of Fowey Harbour. Higgledy piggledy steps give access to the cottage which has a front terrace where all the harbour comings and goings can be watched. At the rear there is a terraced garden which captures the sun all day long. For chilly days there is a wood burner. Fowey and all its restaurants are only a brief ferry ride away and the coast path is just at the top of the steps.

Treetops is a lovely recently renovated modern first floor flat with two bedrooms. The flat has an open plan kitchen diner living area make it perfect for families with children and dogs! The flat is a one minute walk from the main carpark where you can jump on the local town bus or a five minute walk down the the hill to the main high street! The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, fridge freezer, oven and microwave. The washing machine is located in the outhouse in the garden!

Stunning views from recently renovated cottage

You can book for 3 nights minimum (4 in school holidays). Check in any day except Sunday. Sorry no dogs. Unsuitable for toddlers. Parking in the village is in high demand but a dedicated parking space, a short walk from the cottage, can be arranged on request. This charming three-storey fisherman's cottage enjoys stunning panoramic views over Fowey harbour from all its main rooms and terrace. The cottage sleeps up to four in three bedrooms - the main with king-sized bed and ensuite.

There has been a mill on this site since 1298 and in 2019 we completely refurbished the current 18th century milll to a very high standard to ensure a truly comfortable and magical getaway. You'll be surrounded by trees, bird song and the constant sound of running water and the sight of our resident heron by the waterfall. The mill lies in a designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty in Daphne du Maurier country, on the Fowey estuary.

Castle House has superb views from the lounge/dining room over the harbour and upstream to Bodinnick. The property benefits from oak floors and doors throughout plus underfloor heating and has a cosy log burner for the colder evenings. There is a large comfortable corner sofa and easy chair from which you can take in the views over the harbour ,also digital smart tv/dvd and free wifi. The dining table is positioned by the window so the views can be enjoyed whilst dining.
