Just 4 miles from Elk Rock State Park. Horse friendly with pasture. Trails located all around the property for hiking or riding. *Extra fees: additional guests $10 each over 4 people.

Knoxville's BEST! Secluded acreage! Close to town!

This house is just west of Knoxville on a quiet hard surfaced road set on 3 acres. The entire home was remodeled in '22 with all new furniture! It will sleep 10 comfortably, possibly 12. It has a full kitchen and there are washer and dryer in basement. All linens are included. There is free unlimited WIFI and 2 smart TVs so bring your Netflix etc. passwords with you. There is ample parking and a spot to park a boat. Just not enough room for big trailers. Once you see it, you will stay again!
