Knoxville's BEST! Secluded acreage! Close to town!

This house is just west of Knoxville on a quiet hard surfaced road set on 3 acres. The entire home was remodeled in '22 with all new furniture! It will sleep 10 comfortably, possibly 12. It has a full kitchen and there are washer and dryer in basement. All linens are included. There is free unlimited WIFI and 2 smart TVs so bring your Netflix etc. passwords with you. There is ample parking and a spot to park a boat. Just not enough room for big trailers. Once you see it, you will stay again!

This was our second stay at this location and we would stay again! This place is cozy, clean, and well stocked. The bed is so comfortable! Jeffrey and Cindy were responsive to my questions before booking and helpful throughout our stay. You can tell they take pride in their property and providing a comfortable stay for their guests.

I was so excited to see this affordable and clean 'home away from home' with large kitchen, living spaces, and multiple bedrooms/sleeping options. The host was informative, quick to answer questions, and wanted to ensure a pleasant stay.
