We are a small acreage just 15 minutes from Iowa City, 7 minutes from Solon, and 30 minutes from the Cedar Rapids airport. Our converted barn is at the back of the property, behind the house. There is a separate road leading back to the barn for super convenient parking. It’s rustic, cozy, warm and inviting.

We are within a few miles of everything else that the downtown area of Des Moines has to offer!

Futon and window seat on ground level and double bed in loft. Washer and dryer provided. Small cabin nearby with bunkbeds and a cot for sleeping. No bath.
