Maretejas-Cozy flat in Playa de Arinaga

Relax and enjoy the little village of Arinaga on the south-east coast of Gran Canaria. Maretejas, situated on a second floor without elevator, is a two bedroom appartment, each one with a 1'50cm bed, living room and kitchen . The beach is just 4 minutes from the appartment. There is a wide range of restaurants and coffee bars in the village which is around 15 minutes to the airport, and 36 km to Las Palmas city center. Arinaga belongs to the municipality of Agüimes, a charming canarian village.

Ground-floor apartment in a semi-detached house with separate entrance, consisting of: living room, kitchen, bedroom with 135x185cm bed, very small bathroom with shower (see photos!). Hairdryer, shampoo, body wash, washing machine, refrigerator, filter coffee maker, TV, Wi-Fi. Very convenient commute to beaches and the north of island. 3.5 km from the coast, quiet outlying area in Vecindario. Free street parking. Cover: Amadores Beach, 30 km south. I recommend renting a car.

The house is a typical Canarian house with more than 200 years old, which has been restored in recent years and lovingly decorated, giving it a youthful and modern look. It maintains the original structure of the time, when the houses had rooms overlooking a courtyard. It is about 600 meters long, a real treasure, as the coastal part of Arinaga is little frequented by tourists. It is mainly black sand and stone, and the area surrounding the beach is a protected marine area. There are places to access the sea and swim along the entire coast. Arinaga is considered one of the best diving and snorkeling areas on the island of Gran Canaria.
