Holiday rentals with a home theatre in Poitou-Charentes

We were able to communicate very easily to prepare for our arrival! All the beds (including the cot requested) were made on our arrival which is very comfortable when you arrive late Thank you very much

Very nice apartment, carefully decorated and comfortable, close to the plant garden and train station. A little extra for the bikes we used to get to training. If I had to find a downside, it was about the not very pleasant smells in the bathroom.

Beautiful apartment, clean, carefully decorated, well-equipped and close to the centre. Instructions for our arrival were clear and accurate. Charlotte has always been very responsive and kind. We would definitely recommend this apartment.

we had a good time at Lucie's. The apartment is close to a suspension bridge reserved for pedestrians and bicycles to go to the city which is very nice. Nearby bakery. Ideal for discovering Tours

We had a lovely time in Saint-Palais-sur-Mer. The apartment is on the street, but it is a great starting point for swimming, restaurants and beautiful excursions in the area. Franceline is a great hostess and also made sure that the vacation went smoothly and that we felt right at home in the apartment. Thank you very much!

The accommodation offered by Thomas is absolutely perfect. So perfect that we spent one more night there. Located in the heart of Azay-le-Rideau, all amenities are within walking distance: supermarket, bakeries, tourist office, and more than friendly terraces. The Château d'Azay-le-Rideau is only 3 minutes away... We felt at home there. Thank you so much!

A very nice, authentic apartment with a real French touch (whatever that may be….;-). The owner has very good taste and has turned this apartment into a little paradise in the centre of the beautiful city of Bordeaux. Quiet, comfortable, clean, a home away from home. The owner is super friendly and helpful. She provides very useful information (some of the restaurants she listed were amazing and I would never have found them myself). She welcomed me with delicious canelés and fresh coffee. Could not ask for more. Highly recommend!

Communication with Jean-Luc was perfect from booking to departure. The accommodation and the secure residence met our expectations. We appreciated the quality of the accommodation's amenities, the quality in general of the property. Very good bedding too. Jean-luc was very responsive to our messages and guided us in our choice of visits.

Large and beautiful Charentaise house with swimming pool and barbecue with many advantages, games room, 5 spacious bedrooms, pleasant living room for 12 people. Secure outdoor parking for 3 vehicles.

A perfect weekend with friends. The house is very large, we were 15 adults and the space is more than enough! Very well equipped, perfect pool temperature. Very nice and well kept exterior too!

A great stay at this airbnb, it feels like home, a warm welcome and tips on sightseeing around that served us well (Lac de St Cyr, Food Truck Festival and Chenonceau Castle for us). The listing matches the description and photos, hosts are more than responsive to our questions if needed. Our two hosts were extremely welcoming and friendly. The rental is very nice and cozy. The indoor heated swimming pool as well as the gym with sauna are a real asset. Recommended!

Very nice stay despite the weather that did not allow us to enjoy the beautiful exterior. Attention: the 3rd double bed is in the common area.

We had a very pleasant long weekend in Rodolphe's apartment. Very clean accommodation, ideally located (+++), close to everything, quiet in a small cul-de-sac. Rodolphe was very welcoming and accommodating with arrival and departure times. I'd be happy to do it again.

We spent 3 nights with our 20-month-old son in this beautiful apartment (thank you for the travel cot available!). The place is very nice, small but well organised, functional and welcoming. The terrace is very nice, as well as all the amenities available. Communication with Pascal is fluid and pleasant, he is responsive, available and very clear (and leaves a nice touch for his guests to start the holidays well!). The environment is also very appreciable, all the essentials are nearby, we only moved on foot or by bike: perfect for a change of scenery! The pool is a big plus in good weather. Note, as indicated it is on the 3rd floor without elevator (easy and covered staircase), and the room being small, the space around the bed is really minimal, but it is a 160 bed with very good bedding, you can't have everything:) In short, great value for money, we recommend it!

We particularly appreciated the listing as described and in a great location. Thanks to the private parking space, we left the car and were able to do everything on foot. The bus stop at the foot of the residence is an undeniable plus. A big thank you for your hospitality, I highly recommend you and I would not hesitate to rent your accommodation again if I had to come back to La Rochelle.
