Very nice house tastefully decorated. You feel at home there. Perfect for 6 with a beautiful garden. Unfortunately we were not able to enjoy the pool due to weather! Amandine is very welcoming and responsive. Dogs are welcome (be careful though, there is a little turtle in the garden). I would highly recommend! We'll be back sometime!

We had a lovely week-long stay in September at this rather spacious family home. Everything you need to have a peaceful holiday and disconnect from everyday life. We came as a couple with a medium-sized dog and a cat, but the house would be great for a small family. The small rather shaded garden is nice in the evening and well fenced. It is backed by a small wood, which ensures a certain tranquility, appreciable in this beach town. The streets are not too busy or fast (residential area), our cats were able to go out safely. The house was quite cool on those September evenings but just turn on the heaters for a few hours. The kitchen has everything you need (toaster, kettle, filter coffee maker, gas stove, oven and microwave) and there is a dryer and washing machine in the garage. A big thank you to Anita for sharing this house with us!

Excellent weekend spent at Gaëlle's, very nice house. Everything is clean, there is a pool table which is very nice. Thanks for the gift in the fridge on arrival, that's very kind of you. Lumo the little cat is very cute, he lives his life. I highly recommend this beautiful, very warm home.

We had a lovely stay at Sebastien and Maryse's house! We were greeted with a smile:) The house is clean and very well-equipped. We were with our 16 month old baby and the hosts provided us with everything we needed (high chair, crib, small bathtub, slide). The enclosed garden at the back of the house is very nice. The neighborhood is quiet and close to the beach (within walking distance). We recommend! Thank you for the culinary specialties offered upon arrival:)

Thanks to Aurélie for a pleasant stay! The listing description was as we expected, all the amenities were present and functional. the most: step-free house and fully fenced.. easy for children and the elderly and the dog:) Nearby: bakery, market, children's play area and at the edge of a small arm of the sea! It was perfect for our big weekend. Recommended!

Perfect for the beach vacation The house is located directly behind the dunes and is close to the town center, where you can buy everything. You don't need a car to get maximum relaxation. We'll be more than happy to return next time!

Nice family house with a big garden, we and our dog loved it. The patio and terrace are relaxing. The open kitchen is large and well equipped, the sitting area is comfortable and spacious. The house is very close to the village center, easy access to the beach and local restaurants. There’s a market twice a week, and local grocery stores. We rented bicycles just around the corner and did not need the car at all. All in all we had an excellent and very relaxing stay :)

very good accommodation, warm welcome by the person in charge of the rental, very small downside on the bathroom faucet that drips and a bike that lost the back wheel but this is only secondary. very good location quite quiet despite the campsite behind with a beautiful fenced garden. we recommend

Edith was a professional and very helpful host. Her apartment is on the harbour marina close to everything It is quirky and has very modern decoration. We had a great time walking to see some wonderful sights. We ate out a couple of times and food was very good and fine value. We visited the Aquarium and the Maritime Museum, both of which were interesting and informative. We took advantage of renting the apartment's underground parking space. This was an excellent decision as parking can be challenging. The boulangerie underneath the apartment sells great produce, especially breakfast pastries.

We had a lovely night at Xavier's place. The accommodation is furnished and decorated with great taste. The instructions are very clear. We recommend!

Perfect location and quiet. Absolutely nothing to say about the place. Responsive host. I told Micheline but for us the big downside is the smell of cigarettes that was in the staircase/hallway of the building. Smell from the neighbors. Otherwise we'll be happy to come back to his place.

Great location one minute walk from the beach. Beautiful views of the ocean, St Jean de Monts 3 kms away, the dunes and the island of Yeu so clear . At night you can see the lights of St Jean de Monts and the island. Very quiet. Clean residence.

Ideally located in the middle of the city, everything is easily reachable by foot. The big plus: the place is perfect for families with a baby. An umbrella bed and child seat are available, which really made our stay easier. The apartment is clean, well-equipped and as advertised. We highly recommend this place to families, and if we return to the area, we will not hesitate to stay there again!

Great stay. Listing is as described. It's just across the street from the train station. Access to the old port, aquarium, maritime museum...in a few minutes walk. I recommend it 200%

we had a great weekend, the apartment is extremely well located with beautiful sea views. 2 steps from the beach and shops. everything was perfect from the reception to the handover of the checkout keys.

We had a wonderful time! The apartment is really great: clean, functional and very pleasant to stay in. It is ideally located, with all the shops nearby and the beach right at the foot of the building, a real delight. It immediately felt good. A big thank you to Patricia, who was very nice and gave us lots of good tips to make the most of our stay. Everything was perfect from start to finish. I would recommend this apartment without a second thought!

Very nice communication with the host. clean accommodation, as described. wide and covered terrace with views of the lake. Easy access to the 1st floor. Great washing machine if you stay for a long time.
