Built around 1780 as a smoking house, the farmhouse is protected under historic preservation and has been lovingly maintained. In complete silence, you can enjoy the expanse, with access to the beach right outside the front door and all the possibilities for excursions and cycling in the nature of Holstein Switzerland and the surrounding towns.

Die Straße ist mit ihrem Kopfsteinpflaster, den historischen Häusern und seinen vielen Gängen eine der typischen Lübecker Altstadtstraßen. Um die Ecke befindet sich der Elbe-Lübeck-Kanal mit schönen Spazierwegen. Zwei historische Freibäder können Sie zu Fuß erreichen.

Quiet little country house, with very exclusive furnishings 1 km from the Baltic Sea in Warnkenhagen, in a large flower, fruit and vegetable garden. From the property, a path leads to the beach over fields and through a small enchanted forest.
