Our apartment is located in the small district of Fährdorf-Hof on the island of Poel, away from the main road. In the immediate vicinity is a natural coast that is not developed for tourists. The nearest beaches can be reached by bike/car in a few km: Schwarzer Busch approx. 5 km, Gollwitz 6 km, Timmendorf 8 km. The beautiful Hanseatic city of Wismar is 13 km away. The apartment with separate entrance has a barbecue area and a private parking space. Note: In 2022, construction work will take place in the village.

Built around 1780 as a smoking house, the farmhouse is protected under historic preservation and has been lovingly maintained. Not far from Lake Ratzeburger in a village location, surrounded by fields and nearby forest, the apartment (90 m²) with private entrance can accommodate up to 4 people. The bright rooms are inviting, south terrace (60 m²) with table, chairs and loungers as well as a small garden complete the offer. Bed dimensions (cm) 180 x 200 and 160 x 200. The cozy apartment Dorfstraße 8 has a wooden floor, south-facing terrace and garden access. A separate outbuilding features table tennis and table football. The Klützer Winkel region offers white beaches, wild cliffs and a wide, hilly landscape with sea views. Wismar and Lübeck with their famous old towns (both UNESCO World Heritage Sites) are close.

It is located in the attic. The apartment is furnished with a sofa bed that can be converted into a double bed. The kitchenette is fully equipped with a coffee machine, toaster, kettle and fridge. For your laundry in between, there is a washing machine and dryer in the basement.

On 75 m² there is a modern kitchen, a bedroom, the bathroom, a large hallway and a living room on the ground floor. The kitchen is equipped with everything needed for self-catering. The bedroom is equipped with a double bed. If necessary, the armchair bed can also be pulled out to form a cozy single bed. A crib can also be set up. In the living room, the couch and the two armchairs can be converted into two cozy beds.
