Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Podstrana

This is a lovely, well kept property. The swimming pool is a good size and we really enjoyed that, along with the al Fresco kitchen and barbecue. The place was all particularly clean on arrival and was easy to find. The location is good with the waterfront at Kastel Stari being a few minutes drive down the hill. Being next to the train line is no issue trains are quite infrequent and didn't disturb us at all.

Une maisonnette décorée avec goût dans un environnement paisible et proche de la mer. Très bon rapport qualité prix pour les personnes cherchant un logement proche de l’aéroport, bien desservi par le bus 37 pour aller à Split ou Trogir.

We had a wonderful stay here at House Petar. Toni contacted us ahead of time to check on our arrival and gave clear instructions to find his house. The house was spotless and roomy and the outside patio is spacious; excellent for outdoor dining. The house actually borders the sea and there is a wide, level walkway that leads into old town, about a 5 min very pleasant walk. All the amenities that you would need are within a 5min walk. Toni was also very helpful in providing recommendations for restaurants and local beaches. Thanks Toni for a wonderful stay at House Petar. 😀

this was our second time staying in Ivana's beautiful home. there had been two new bathroom's fitted since our stay last year! she is a wonderful host and even brought us pancakes for the national holiday! couldn't recommend more!

Danke für diesen schönen Urlaub! Das Haus war perfekt! Die Klimaanlage ein Traum! Die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht, perfekt! Wir genossen die reifen Feigen aus dem Garten! Der Strand mit kristallklarem Wasser ist in 2 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar! Es war toll, dass das Grundstück komplett eingezäunt war, denn wir hatten unseren Hund dabei! Die Kommunikation mit Vlasta und ihrem Sohn lief hervorragend, sie hat immer sehr schnell reagiert! Kann ich nur weiterempfehlen!

The house was comfortably set up and had quite a bit of space with two levels and a huge yard. It was very clean. Zoran put a lot of thought into the furnishings and art and provided extra toilet paper, coffee filters, paper towels, spices, pillows, towels and more. The Village is very quaint and friendly. We ate at Konoba Bajso down the road and hiked the local trails. We had a long stay and really enjoyed ourselves. Zoran was very communicative, helpful and friendly. Parking in the assigned space and walking down the short stone path to the stone house added to the charm and the view of the sea was amazing. We definitely recommend it.

A cosy, simple but comfortable, clean and rustic house on a quiet, private location with magnificent view over Split and the islands. Nice terras and small swimming pool overlooking the valley and city. Plenty of hiking possibilities in the area and walking distance from Klis fortress. A shopping centre is located at less than 10 minutes and Split centre is ca. 20 minutes by car. Andi is a very friendly host, who provides lots of tips of interesting things to see and do in the area.

Le séjour chez Ivan était super. Le Airbnb était très propre, climatisé et il y avait tout ce qu’il fallait pour passer un séjour optimal. Ivan nous a accueilli et a répondu à toutes nos questions. L’appartement se situe à 15 minutes à pieds du centre-ville de Split et de toutes les commodités.

Although we were only here for one night, we loved our stay! Easily walkable to the city center and the bus/ferry terminals and clear communication with checking in. The balcony was also a huge plus to hang out and enjoy the views in the evening. Would definitely recommend Ivana’s place!

Thank you so much for our stay Tonko! Great location for its peacefulness and proximity to food and transport. Perfect for our three-day April stay, being out and exploring most of the day (Split, Čiovo). Communication with Tonko was amazing, answering our many questions before arriving!

Helena was a brilliant host, She went above and beyond! You can see why she’s been hosting for 10 years! We only stayed for one evening, but she was still kind enough to offer us a laundry service at short notice! Rooms were bigger than expected, Aircon was fantastic, Location was perfect, the beach and restaurants were easily a 2 minute walk, and you can reach The Golden Horn in 20 minutes! The value for money with this location is unbelievable in today’s climate! Will definitely be coming back, and if you’re looking at other locations in Bol, look no further and book now! You won’t be disappointed.

Mihovil’s place was perfect. It was everything we needed for our stay in Split. The studio was spotless and a very short walk to the port, the bus station, Diocletian’s palace and shops. Mihovil is an excellent host, very friendly and helpful. I would recommend staying here 😊

We had an amazing stay at Saša's apartment Saša gave us instructions on how exactly to find his apartment, which places are worth visiting and which restaurants are the best choices and why :) Saša is very friendly and communicative and his apartment is a great place especially for families with kids (we were there as a couple, but the apartment is prepared for visits with children)

really great stay at bartul’s place. super helpful even with getting a van transfer from the airport to the airbnb. checkin was easy and instructions were clear. place lived up to expectations and was walking distance from the port and old town. beautiful spot

Nous avons passés un excellent séjour dans ce logement qui est agréable, spacieux et pratique. L’accès à la plage est direct ce qui est un atout majeur. L’accès à Split se fait facilement à 10min de voiture / Uber ou 15-20min en Bus. L’hôte est a l’écoute et répond rapidement Je recommande fortement ce logement nous ayant permis de passer de merveilleuses vacances.

Such a gorgeous air bnb! We really enjoyed our stay here. Only a 30 minute bus from the city centre, you really can’t beat this location. The hosts were very nice and accommodating. Definitely reccomend.

Location was close to Old Town (10 minute walk). Safe area, good restaurants, bus station and grocery store near by.

We really enjoyed out stay at the apartment. Place was like in the pictures, even the weather was the same. :)

Filip host super, ci ha aspettato nonostante il nostro ritardo. appartamento come da descrizione, non mancava nulla. Parcheggio sotto casa. a 10 minuti a piedi dal centro di spalato.

Wir hatten mit 11 Personen einen super schönen Aufenthalt und das Meer war schnell und einfach zu Fuß zu erreichen. Empfehlenswert!

Ante and Linda's place felt like a home away from home. They are both friendly, fantastic and very accomodating hosts, the apartment is very good, short walk from the old town, and in a nice neighbourhood with a lovely sight of the sea. We will be recommending this place to our friends and would 100% it recommend to people reading this review.

Die Wohnung befindet sich im 2. Og auf einem Hügel über Sibenik. Alles war wie beschreiben. Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt! Die Wohnung war groß und äußerst sauber. Von dort kommt man innerhalb von 5 Minuten zu Fuß in das Zentrum der Altstadt. Auf dem Balkon ist schön ruhig und man einen klasse Ausblick auf die Stadt. Anita ist eine sehr nette und liebe Gastgeberin. Sie hat uns mit dem Auto vom Parkplatz abgeholt, da man in den Straßen bei der Wohnung nicht parken kann oder es besser nicht tun sollte. Sie hat und viele Tipps für die Umgebung und zur Stadt gegeben. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder ❤️
