Incredible Views from a Poolside Oasis

Offering a panoramic view of Stobreč Bay, and river mouth of Žrnovnica, Garden View Villa, just 500 m from nearby beach, offers ravishing view, but also offers comfortable and quiet garden space for private moments. This 120 sq meter semi detached villa (1300 sq foot) has three covered balconies to fully enjoy outdoor living, a wooden deck of 40 sq meter for sunbathing in Mediterranean sun, living/dining area with 50" Cable LCD TV, a fully equipped modern style kitchen, and ceiling fans in living room and all three bedrooms. It includes a washing/drying machine in one of the bathrooms. All furnishings are elegant and modern and there are 3 bathrooms, one of which has a bath tub (whirlpool bath). Three covered balconies to fully enjoy outdoor living, a wooden deck of 40 sq meter for sunbathing in Mediterranean sun, and private garden full of Mediterranean plants. Luxury villa “Sea Melody” offers accomodation for 11 persons in Podstrana, beautiful city by the sea, near of Split. For your full enjoyment, there is a stunning heated pool with a massage mechanism and a waterfall. Across the road is a beautiful beach, only 100 meters from the villa! There are 3 luxury, fully equipped apartments: 1. on the ground floor, 2. on the second floor and 3. on the top floor. Apartments are rented to the same guests. There is no mixing guests who don’t know each other.

In my family house I rent just this apartment.We organize the transportation of guests from the airport to the apartment and back, as well as excursions according to the wishes of the guests.There is also an extra bed for 2 guests in the living room.

Welcome to our brand new villa X, which is located on a top of quiet hill that is overlooking nearby town of Split, sea and islands. Villa consist of 3 bedrooms, two with double beds and one with 2 single beds, 4 bathrooms and amazingly big kitchen where you can prepare any meal of your dreams :) We our mostly proud on our terrace with heated pool that is overlooking sea, islands, nearby towns and villages and biggest town in Dalmatia - Split. Complete disinfection of the apartment and privacy guaranteed. Apartment has a separate entrance. In my family house I only rent this apartment. Apartment si located 450 m from the sea coast in very quiet area where you can enjoy in your complete privacy. While relaxing in our swimming pool or jacuzzi and drinking some coctail you will surely be amazed by the magical lights of the city of Split or the islands of Brac, Šolta, Hvar, Vis together with the stars above you during the night.
