This 120 sq meter semi detached villa (1300 sq foot) has three covered balconies to fully enjoy outdoor living, a wooden deck of 40 sq meter for sunbathing in Mediterranean sun, living/dining area with 50" Cable LCD TV, a fully equipped modern style kitchen, and ceiling fans in living room and all three bedrooms. It includes a washing/drying machine in one of the bathrooms. All furnishings are elegant and modern and there are 3 bathrooms, one of which has a bath tub (whirlpool bath). Villa Four Brothers No.3 Middle Floor

Apartment No.3 is located on the 2nd floor and it have 80m2. It consists of two bedrooms with double beds. One of them have a makeup table and its own bathroom and exit to the balcony connecting the rest of the apartment. Also apartment have one more bathroom and toilet. Kitchen has a window overlooking the sea and high table and also there is dining table. The living room consists of couch and TV. From the living room you come out to a large spacious balcony. All rooms have air conditioning.

"Villa Karmen" Split, Private Garden & Heated Pool

This spacious holiday home which is surrounded by untouched nature has on the ground floor the living and dining area, kitchen, one bedroom with its own bathroom, fitness, and an additional toilet. From the rich equipped ground floor you can reach the courtyard with BBQ and swimming pool, immersed in green. Upstairs there is another kitchen and living room as well as another four bedrooms, two of which are with sea-view and there are another 3 bathrooms, one of which includes a massage tub.

There are plenty sports activities that You can do in close range (hiking, biking, diving, golf, tennis, zipline, canyoning) and also there are many Restaurants and Bars along the beach. If you want to visit Split it will only take You 15 min with bus to get there.
