Excellent petit appartement à proximité du centre ville.Un petit jardin où il es paisible de se reposer dans un endroit très calme. Je recommande vivement ce logement,et vous aurez pleins d'indication de la part de votre hôte, n'hésitez pas à lui demander des informations.

5 of use stayed at Borna’s place in split for 3 days and had a wonderful time. The house is cosy with a beautiful view of the bay, located in the national park it is peaceful and refreshing. Borna was very friendly and helpful, check in & out was super easy and I would highly recommend this house to anyone considering! Hope to come back again soon.

Excellent apartment right next to split city center. The place has a cute little balcony and everything we needed. Very cozy and homey feeling, and the host gave us some very good food recommendations.

Un GRAND MERCI à Joško, c'est la deuxième fois que je loue son appartement et c'est toujours aussi bien. Joško est toujours disponible pour nous aider et pro actif avec de super conseils pour sortir en ville et trouver de bons restaurants. L'appartement est vraiment bien situé et le centre ville est tout proche. J'ai énormément apprécié mon sejour et je reviendrai prochainement. Bonne continuation et à bientôt

Vi var ett sällskap på 10 personer, 7 vuxna och 3 barn, som spenderade 1 vecka i huset i början på juni. Vi hade en helt fantastisk vecka och huset erbjöd allt vi behövde. Huset har väldigt bra planlösning med sovrummen separerad från övriga ytor, väl utrustat med allt man behöver, flera toaletter och ett fantastiskt läge. På övervåningen är nästan som en egen lägenhet som var perfekt för en av familjerna att bo. Utomhusområdet med pool, pingisbord, utekök, matplatser, liten lekplats och solsängar är väldigt bra och har en otrolig utsikt. Vi spenderade den mesta av tiden i huset och det blev många timmar i den fina poolen. Vi var på några utflykter, bland annat Split och Omis. Fina platser som det var kort resväg till med taxi eller Uber. Vi gick ner till byn, ca 1 km, varje dag för att handla men även för att bada i havet och äta på den lokala restaurangen, väldigt fint och trevligt. Det var helt enkelt en fantastisk vecka och Jasna med familj var väldigt bra värdar.

BOOK THIS PLACE!! I cannot say enough about Ivan and his lovely home. He met us in the parking space and carried our luggage down the 200 steps to oceanfront paradise! When the brief tour of the house took us outside to the pool, hottub and oceanfront I almost cried. This was exactly what we needed on our vacation and it was better than expected. The house was stocked in every way imaginable, lacked nothing at all. Ivan made sure to leave us a welcome gift of food, wine and all kinds of yummy things. The house was SPOTLESS. Coming in May was so wonderful because we used the pool, ocean and hot tub in constant rotation. We ate our meals outside (there were two places with full 8-person dining tables) and enjoyed every moment here. My daughter's 20th birthday was during our stay and Ivan surprised us with a delicious treat from a local bakery! He also sent occasional local recommendations throughout our stay via message. It was very helpful! We LOVED this stay!!

A beautiful apartment in a peaceful location. Everything is spotless and well maintained. Nick is so friendly and helpful including a lift to the supermarket on arrival. A good sized clean pool with comfortable sun loungers set in landscaped gardens which are loving tended. All the beds and chairs are comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. The views are stunning - breakfast on the balcony watching dolphins out at sea. A top class apartment that we hope to revisit - thank you Nick and family for making us feel so welcome in your home.

Wir hatten eine wirklich tolle Zeit in dieser Unterkunft! Von Anfang an hat sich Kristian, der Sohn der Gastgeberin, sehr herzlich um uns gekümmert. Er hat uns alles ausführlich und genau erklärt, war jederzeit hilfsbereit, gastfreundlich und hat uns das Gefühl gegeben, wie zu Hause zu sein. Die Atmosphäre war wunderbar – ruhig, privat und entspannt. Wir konnten den Aufenthalt in vollen Zügen genießen, ganz ungestört und für uns allein. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und bestens ausgestattet – es war alles da, was man als Reisender braucht. Das absolute Highlight war natürlich der Pool und der schöne Außenbereich, wo man perfekt entspannen konnte. Ob am Morgen oder am Abend – die Umgebung war einfach traumhaft. Wir sind sehr froh, dass wir dieses Pool-Haus gebucht haben. Es war ein unvergesslicher Urlaub, den wir jederzeit wiederholen würden. Vielen Dank für alles!

A perfect Airbnb for our group of 9 . 3 very comfortable fully equipped apartments on ground floor, 2nd floor and 3rd (top) floor with amazing views of the sea and Brac. The garden is beautiful with lots of space to relax, sunbathe, read in the shade. The pool's temperature is perfect with outside shower and fun pool lights. Tina and husband cooked a huge, delicious Croatian meal for us one night. Thank you! A short walk, 10- 20 mins will get you to several local restaurants & beach bars. We loved Amigos in Podstrana that served amazing fish meals & Italian dishes. A short walk down the hill takes you to the local well stocked grocery store and across the road to beach. The walk back up is steep but good exercise. We enjoyed day trips to Hvar on the ferry, hired a private boat to take us all to local islands which was thrilling & a trip to the amazing Krka national park waterfalls. We used Uber/ Bolt- easy & reasonably priced ~€15 to get to Split & ~€35 to/from airport.

Wir waren mit unserem Baby im Penthouse & es war wirklich alles perfekt. Die Aussicht, die gehobene Ausstattung, der Whirlpool, alles war richtig klasse. Den Pool hatten wir an fast allen Tagen nur für uns, das war ein wirkliches Highlight. Zum Meer waren es nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß, das war traumhaft. Leider ist unser Baby krank geworden, aber Toni hat direkt versucht zu helfen und sich um uns gekümmert. Das war sehr aufmerksam. Insgesamt waren wir 100% zufrieden & können die Unterkunft nur weiterempfehlen. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen. 😍

The stand out feature of Suzana and Tomislav's apartment has to be the most stunning view. Sitting in the hot tub watching the sunset was a favourite. The beds were comfortable, there was plenty of seating for everyone both inside and outside and there were plentiful supplies of dishwasher tablets, washing machine pods and toilet rolls. They had also ensured there were basic cooking supplies of oil, salt, pepper and balsamic vinegar and they generously bought in pasta, biscuits, fruit juices, water, milk, coffee and beer ready for our arrival. We were also treated to a traditional home cooked 'peka'. The location is perfect for those who want to be away from the hustle and bustle of a town or city but still have restaurants and a beach. The property was on a very steep hill so we chose to drive every where but it was very easy to find parking. Although the apartment is below Suzana's mother's property, it remained totally private and we felt completely relaxed.

Ivana è stata gentilissima e sempre disponibile. Ci ha accolto con dolcetti e un liquore locale e si è fermata con noi per raccontarci qualcosa dei dintorni e della storia locale. Nella proprietà c’è una fantastica piscina ad uso dei condomini e un barbecue sempre pronto all’uso che abbiamo molto apprezzato. Consigliatissimo!!

The villa is fantastic and the local area is quiet but has enough restaurants and bars to keep you busy. Getting in and out of Split is easy and Uber is very good value (do not use local taxis). The standout feature of the property is the outside area including the views. It is easy to access the sea and beach, and the water is beautiful. The only potential to the villa is how it is split across two properties. This was not an issue for us at all, and for some people this may be a bonus, but worth noting.

This was one of the most awesome locations we have ever stayed at. It is right on the water and by right on the water I mean that the water laps your feet the moment you walk outside. It is also perfectly situated in town within walking distance of everything including the best beaches.

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful appartement. The nearest beach is just down the main stairs at the end of the road, within two minutes by foot. This is also where the waterfront is located with plenty of bars, restaurants, supermarkets, boat rentals and other fun outdoor activities. Despite its central location, the apartment is very quiet and offers privacy. The views from the main balcony are stunning. The apartment was very clean and beautifully decorated. Tea and her parents, who live in the same building, were very helpful and communication was great. Would definitely recommend!

Our stay at Klaras & Beres house was incredible! The house is beautiful, well renovated and perfectly equipped. The beauty of the whole place does not fit on one picture, I tried. Bere welcomed us on the day of our arrival and showed us around. The garden, the fireplace, your private area at the ocean… pure heaven. Everyday the neighbors cat came by to spend some time with us. We will definitely come back! Best AirBnb stay so far for me! 🫶

We had a fantastic experience and the apartment was everything we wanted and more. Beautiful and clean, a lovely location and great views from the balcony. Stobrec was peaceful and lovely with good restaurants and fantastic beaches. Ante and his wife were brilliant hosts and couldn’t have been more helpful. We would definitely return.

Un petit bijou! Quel plaisir de sejourner chez marja. Un petit logement extremement propre, très joli, décoré avec beaucoup de gout. La terrasse est adorable et en 3 pas ( oui oui 3 pas) on est sur la petite plage juste devant.le bonheur! Le bar a cocktail jouxte la maison, on y a bu d’excellenets piña colada. La taverne le poseidon a 3 minutes a pieds sert un poisson frais delicieux cuit au feu de bois et il y a aussi une pizzeria tres proche qui vend des pizzas tres peu cheres.on sent une ambiance familiale ou toutes les familles se connaissent et se rassemblent a la plage et au bar. Si vous n’aimez pas ce type d’ambiance passez votre chemin.le bar ferme a minuit. ça n’a pas du tout été une gêne. Le plaisir d’aller se baigner devant chez soi au reveil, ou en fin de journee quand le soleil se couche est incomparable. C’etait les 3 derniers jours de notre voyage, apres avoir beaucoup visité pendant 12 jours, ce fut un reel enchantement de sejourner chez marja pour finir en beautè.

Very nice and cosy apartment next to the beach! We felt very welcomed and got all the help we needed (thank you Katarina!). Weather wasn't the best during our stay but our kids enjoyed the beach despite that. A warm bath was nice to take after swimming in chilly waters. Definitely a place to recommend!

Nous avons passé une excellent séjour dans ce bel appartement. C'était notre premier airbnb et nous n'avons pas été déçu. Les équipements disponibles nous ont permis de séjourner dans de très bonnes conditions. L'appartement était très bien préparé, des produits d'accueil étaient disponibles dans le frigidaire. De plus l'appartement est très bien situé. Restaurant, magasin, boucherie, boulangerie, poissonnerie et une très belle plage sont tous très proches. Tomislav et son épouse sont des personnes extrêmement gentils et attentionnés. Ils nous ont permis d'avoir un départ tardif pour nous préparer au long voyage retour. Encore merci pour tout ! Je recommande à tous cet appartement de vacances.

Einfach traumhaft – absolut empfehlenswert! Marija ist eine hervorragende Gastgeberin. Super freundlich, hilfsbereit und warmherzig. Man fühlt sich bei ihr vom ersten Moment an wie zuhause. Mein Partner und ich sind unglaublich froh, bei Marija gewesen zu sein – es war einfach perfekt! Die Unterkunft ist wunderschön, sehr sauber und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Auf der einen Seite hat man einen tollen Blick in die Berge, auf der anderen Seite kann man auf der Terrasse sitzen und aufs Meer schauen – einfach herrlich! Die Lage ist ebenfalls unschlagbar: In direkter Nähe gibt es einen Bäcker, Bushaltestelle, Einkaufsläden, eine Apotheke, einen Fischmarkt, einen Obststand und der Strand ist nur ein paar Gehminuten entfernt. Auch der Hafen ist wunderschön und es gibt zahlreiche Unternehmungsmöglichkeiten. Die Restaurants in der Umgebung sind richtig gut! Wir können wirklich jedem empfehlen, bei Marija zu buchen es war eine rundum wundervolle Erfahrung. Danke, liebe Marija! ❤️
