The house is very large and everything was very clean, good connection to Valencia, the metro stop is very close. Good communication with the host. I recommend it!!!

the stay was amazing ! very beautiful place and comfortable, close to bus and metro, and also to shops. a small problem with the smell of the sewers but it is not a problem with the apartment it is the building, it's not a bother.

The apartment and the view from the balcony are great. Supermarket is just around the corner, and there is an elevator. The apartment was equipped with everything that was needed. Always happy to come back!

I had a great time at Valencia. The unit was a bit challenging to find but being in touch with Ale through Whatapp made it a lot easier. The unit itself is very beautiful and large enough for a group of 4 people, its also super close to the beach. I will stay here again if I come back to Valencia

The host Carmen is extremely nice and helpful, offering useful suggestions for your stay and help beyond the mere letter of the contract. The apartment is quiet, facing off the street, yet it is well-connected with the next bus stop literally around the corner and a metro station in a walkable distance. Unfortunately, the supermarket within the block has closed, but there are still useful shops close by. We have stayed here several times and enjoyed it every time.

David is a fantastic host who met us for check in to the Airbnb! Located in an amazing part of the city, with restuarants and shops all around. David gave us many recommendations, of which we took advantage - we ate a great lunch at the restuarant his wife works at, and had amazing paella at the recommended spot for dinner. The airbnb itself is very large and comfortable for the center of the city, and I would absolutely stay again!

Ruben was a great host! He was very helpful and communicative with us! The bus stop right outside the apartment was super convenient in getting around places easily!

We had a great time at Santiago’s place! The house is right next to the beach with restaurants and bars nearby. You can easily take the bus or tram (or uber) to the city center. The house was spacious and comfortable for our group of 10. The pool was in perfect conditions and great place to refresh after a warm day. Everything needed to cook and clean the house was available. Santiago is also very responsive and friendly. We had some troubles connecting to the WiFi, but other than that everything else was perfect! Thank you for the great stay!

Eva is great. We hired the villa to celebrate our baby's first birthday with the family. Eva let us visit the villa some time before to think about the preparations, and she also made it easy for us to bring things on the Thursday before the event to get better organised. She has been very attentive to everything and personally is a very nice and outgoing girl. The villa is a 10, both in the decoration and in the details it has, the pool, the rooms, the terrace, even the bar!!! It far exceeds anything you could ask for. Thank you so much for everything, it was a wonderful weekend. Highly recommended!!!

We had an absolutely perfect stay. The place was impeccable, very comfortable and exactly as shown in the photos. The location was also excellent, ideal for getting around the area. We especially want to thank the host for her kindness and understanding: we had an unexpected delay with transportation and she waited for us 30 minutes longer without any problem. Their patience and hospitality made a difference and made us feel very welcome from the first moment. We would definitely recommend this place and would return without hesitation. We initially booked 10 nights at Raul house, but upon arrival, there was unexpected heavy construction noise from nearby which went on all day. Although this was completely out of Raul’s control, he was very apologetic and did his up most best to make the situation better and immediately moved us to another of his properties. While the second house was great, it didn’t quite meet our needs as we had hoped for a private pool and panoramic views like the original booking. Though we only stayed two nights, (one night at each house) we were very impressed with how Rau handled the situation. His communication was excellent, and he was fair and accommodating when we decided to move elsewhere. The original house was exactly as pictured, spotlessly clean with stunning Mediterranean views, we were very disappointed not to stay. Despite things not working out for us, I would definitely recommend Raul and his properties. He's an excellent host!

Jose’s place was comfortable and clean. Local places to shop, eat and drink. Bus stops literally around the corner, we used the buses every day to get everywhere no problem, 25 minutes to old town. The only negative we have is if you have had a long sightseeing day and you want to sleep past 8am, next door is a cafe/bar and they open their shutters at 8am and it starts getting a bit loud, unless your a really deep sleeper it won’t affect you.

A fantastic stay at Silvia’s! She’s a brilliant host, very welcoming, responsive and with a great sense of humour! Silvia place is in fab spot for transport and 5 minutes walk over to the beautiful beaches. We hired bikes for the 3 days to cycle up through the park to the old town, along beach to Little Venice and also down to south beach and lagoon area in between cycling over to the university hockey pitches to take in the Masters euros( the reason for our visit), great cycle tracks throughout and highly recommend. Definetly be in touch with Silvia if (when) returning to Valencia. Thank you!

The cottage and especially the garden are great! both are larger than I expected from the photos. The location in the nature park and by the beach is very beautiful! And the kitchen was better equipped than I have ever seen in a holiday home. I am very sensitive to noise so I was glad I had my earplugs for the night with me, as everything is 1 room so you can hear the fridge, for example. If you are not so sensitive, it is no problem anyway, otherwise a tip! Furthermore, a wonderful place to rest, I would like to come back in the future :-)

Access and parking are a little curious and not easy to spot at first glance but unbeatable value for money only the neighbors' dogs bark for a good part of the night (take balls in case ...)

We had a great time here (2 adults and our 2 year old) and would highly recommend it for anyone visiting Valencia. It is in a convenient location close to the park and great restaurants/sites, while still feeling quiet and private. Lovely interior and outdoor space, and AÍda was a very helpful and responsive hostess. We had a longer stay so she even did a cleaning half way through our visit which was a lovely surprise.

Marta's place is amazing, spacious, clean and comfortable. The location is spectacular, the Albufera and the sea just a few steps. The community pool was clean and comfortable as well. Great local spots, reataurants, merkats, bike rental, pharmacy, everything you need for a great vacay! Marta is an extremely kind& responsive host.

Very good stay in Roberto's apartment. Both he and his father have been on the ball with everything we've needed. The apartment is great, with a beautiful and quiet beach nearby, the apartment has phenomenal views of the coast

Belen was the best host!! She made sure she was available to welcome us and to show us around her place. She also gave us wonderful recommendations for what to do in the area and how to get to Valencia downtown area. I would definitely recommend staying at her home!!

We stayed two weeks in Veronica's nice apartment. Everything was very good in the accommodation. Very well-equipped kitchen. You can almost cook any dish you want there, the equipment is sufficient wherever you want to cook. A couple of minutes' walk to the beach and there are two nice beach chairs available. Wi-Fi is good. The area is very quiet and safe. A large, nice pool and a very well-kept garden to enjoy. Good bus connection to city center. It takes about 40 minutes. If you want a nice holiday, rent Veronica's apartment!

The apartment and its hosts are great. You feel at home, and in a Valencian home. You can get from here to both the beach and the old town. Highly recommended!
