We had a great time at Santiago’s place! The house is right next to the beach with restaurants and bars nearby. You can easily take the bus or tram (or uber) to the city center. The house was spacious and comfortable for our group of 10. The pool was in perfect conditions and great place to refresh after a warm day. Everything needed to cook and clean the house was available. Santiago is also very responsive and friendly. We had some troubles connecting to the WiFi, but other than that everything else was perfect! Thank you for the great stay!

Loved everything about this home.. notice I used the word home. Lovely homey touches throughout. The tile work is simply beautiful, the view is breathtaking, the garden is so serene. Very fun yet relaxed area with very friendly/nice neighbors. Would go back in a heartbeat.

Excellent stay, quiet and relaxing especially after a day of walking in Valencia. We were able to enjoy all the equipment made available to us. Even if a vehicle is necessary for visits, we are not far from the city of Valencia (1/2 hour). Our host is very responsive, which is appreciated. We would recommend this listing.

Had a fantastic stay - thank you Maribel! The house and garden were even bigger than they looked in the photos and absolutely perfect for kids to play in. The house was very clean, comfy and well equipped and great for being inside or outside depending on the weather. The neighbourhood was very peaceful and we loved strolling to the beach for a swim each day. Maribel gave some great restaurant recommendations and helped with supermarket directions, and it was an easy walk to churros and icecream at Canet. We’d all love to come back!

A fantastic stay at Silvia’s! She’s a brilliant host, very welcoming, responsive and with a great sense of humour! Silvia place is in fab spot for transport and 5 minutes walk over to the beautiful beaches. We hired bikes for the 3 days to cycle up through the park to the old town, along beach to Little Venice and also down to south beach and lagoon area in between cycling over to the university hockey pitches to take in the Masters euros( the reason for our visit), great cycle tracks throughout and highly recommend. Definetly be in touch with Silvia if (when) returning to Valencia. Thank you!

We had a great stay in Andres and Rocia's loft. The loft was very spacious, extremely well equipped and very quietly located. Distances to the city center and the beach were very doable on foot. Rocia responded very quickly to questions or requests we had. Really enjoyed the stay and it is not impossible that we will come back to Valencia again and then we hope to be able to stay in this beautiful loft again.

Great place, was exactly as described. Nice hostess. Showed us all the rooms at check-in. Very clean. We especially liked the terrace.

We had a pleasant stay in this house . Peaceful village, very quiet ( what we were looking for ). The kids enjoyed the pool, which is a real highlight . The house was very clean upon arrival , which is nice . Isabel was very responsive . Air-conditioned house, very appreciated with these hot weather! Valencia is 25/30 min by car . Thank you Isabel .

We had a wonderful stay at Jaime’s apartment in Valencia! The place was very clean and spacious, perfect for our family. Unfortunately, we couldn't enjoy the pool as we arrived a bit early in the season and it wasn’t open yet. However, the area where the apartment is located was ideal for children – quiet, safe, and very close to the beach! We honestly couldn’t find a single downside. Everything exceeded our expectations. Thank you, Jaime! We hope to stay at your place again next time we're in Valencia!

Jose Alberto and Eva are excellent hosts, very kind, respectful. we haven't had the slightest complaint, I recommend the place if you want a quiet area. When we left, Jose Alberto gave us lemons from his house and bananas! a very remarkable detail!!!! I'd come back if I return to Valencia.

I would highly recommend this host. I want to clarify that we left the accommodation late (our fault, alarm clock failure) and the host was very understanding. We apologise to the people who were due to occupy the accommodation after us. Many thanks to this host and good luck in their business.

The accommodation was well located and a few meters from the beach, although it was a short time my stay I felt at home 100% recommended

The property is spacious and ideal for groups/families. We hired motorcycles and explored the nearby Sierra Calderon national park. The property is extra secure with off street parking for vehicles and is ideally situated for both Valencia and the surrounding countryside. Also a short walk from Betera. Rafael is an excellent host and went above and beyond tot ensure we had an enjoyable stay.

Chic and central apartment for a perfect stay in Valencia.

Great location with many restaurants and cafes near by. The place is just like the photos and the hosts were very helpful and welcoming. The Valencia guide book was also very handy. A little traffic noise at night but nothing that you couldn’t sleep through. Overall a spacious and clean space!

Beautiful spot at the marina close to the beach and restaurants

Very lovely place, nice neighborhood, short walk to the metro to get into the city. The place has air conditioning which was very welcome and a fan in the bedroom. The host, Catarina, is really friendly, checking if everything is okay and always ready to answer any question. Everything you need basically is present. Only thing we might have missed a little bit is an outdoor space, but that's a minor thing compared to everything we did get. We definitely recommend it!

We stayed 3 days and everything was perfect. If we go back to Valencia, we'll try to contact Marta again, 10/10.

A great flat to stay in - modern, clean, spacious and stylish, and the host was super attentive with communication to ensure I could check in easily as my flight arrived late at night. I was slightly worried the ground floor flat may not be quiet enough but luckily it was. On top of all these, there’s even free bottled water, beer & wine in the fridge for the guests, very much like a boutique hotel experience, love it!

Melanie was super friendly she also responds usually within 1 hour, she gave us hot spots in the city that I asked for to be able to do. you can enjoy the morning sun on the balcony in the morning there is a shop across the street from the building you are quickly in the center top location and host

Great location. Lovely light,spacious and comfortable apartment . Everything we needed was there and it was great to come back to this cool apartment after a day discovering Valencia
