Holiday rentals with a patio in Poble Nou

Beatriz is the perfect host , always responsive and very friendly. The place is even better than in the photos. With its perfect location i think is one of the best places that you can find in Valencia. Recommend for sure !

Wat een waanzinnig mooi appartement in een rustige buurt en toch dichtbij bij bars restaurants . Zeer goede ligging. Het appartement is zelfs mooier dan op de foto's weergegeven. Voorzien van alle faciliteiten , zeer vlotte en duidelijke communicatie.

L’appartamento è davvero una bomboniera. Pulitissimo e accogliente. L’host è stato altrettanto più che soddisfacente. Siamo leggermente fuori dal centro ma è davvero facilissimo arrivare alla metro Goella per muoversi verso il centro. Lo consiglio a chi decidesse di andare a Valencia. Zona tranquilla e silenziosa, molto pulita. Sì ci tornerei.

Ours was a quick stay so we did not have much time to explore the area. The apartment was comfortable, nice, clean and safe. There is a Mall with a grocery store, movie theater and a few places to eat inside, which was walkable from the apartment.

Carlos’ place was absolutely perfect! The attention to detail, the thoughtfulness throughout the space. I adored the entire aesthetic and you can tell he really put a lot of time into a perfectly curated relaxing space. He was thoughtful, friendly and very responsive host. Would absolutely stay here again and can’t wait to come back!

The apartment is ideally located near the train station and the old town. It’s beautifully renovated and tastefully decorated, with several grocery stores, restaurants, and a café with amazing pastries just steps away. A great base for experiencing everything Valencia has to offer.

Wonderful Stay – Highly Recommend! Lara’s apartment was beautiful – the photos really don’t do it justice! It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, and the lovely balcony at the back was a perfect spot for breakfast or just relaxing at any time of day. The location was super convenient, with tram and bus stops close by, making it easy to get around. Lara was incredibly helpful, providing us with loads of information about how to navigate the city, what to see and do, and even some great restaurant recommendations. If we ever come back to Valencia, we would definitely stay here again.

Thank you Soni, we had a beautiful time at your place. Would highly recommend for anyone looking for peace and beautiful surroundings. I would say a car is essential if staying here. Beach was incredible. Apartment had everything you need and more. Soni is so helpful and responsive. Highly recommend this place. Super comfy beds too.

Se comportó super bien y super amable, super bien para llegar y super cómodo para estar allí, ojalá mas sitios así

Superbe logement très propre et bien décoré, un lit vraiment confortable. Très bien pour profiter de la belle plage, moins bien si on veut visiter la ville car il faut compter 40mn en bus et après 22h30 il reste que le taxi. Dans l'ensemble c'était parfait pour le calme et l'accès direct à la plage. Rosana est très serviable et sympathique. Valencia est splendide !!

Die Wohnung ist wunderschön und super hell, sauber und die Lage ist sehr Central. Das war alles sehr schön und würde es weiter empfehlen

We had a great stay in Andres and Rocia's loft. The loft was very spacious, extremely well equipped and very quietly located. Distances to the city center and the beach were very doable on foot. Rocia responded very quickly to questions or requests we had. Really enjoyed the stay and it is not impossible that we will come back to Valencia again and then we hope to be able to stay in this beautiful loft again.

Don’t sleep on this rental! Doesn’t look like much from the street but inside is a totally new and very lovely 3br/2ba. Beds were extremely comfortable, bathrooms were modern and pristine, and the space is clean and calming. Patio with pool out back is a delightful extra.

Tolle Unterkunft, entsprach genau der Beschreibung. Nette Gastgeberin. Hat uns alle Räume beim Check in gezeigt. Sehr sauber. Besonders gefiel uns die Terrasse.

Pasamos un fin de semana súper agradable en la casa de Jazmín. Fue muy atenta y amable con nosotros, la casa nos sorprendió mucho por su amplitud en las zonas comunes y estar muy bien cuidada y tener todas las comodidades. ¡Recomendamos mucho este alojamiento, además tiene un supermercado a pocos metros y es una zona bonita y tranquila!

Die Wohnung sehr gut eingerichtet, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. In der Nähe waren viele Supermärkte und der wunderschöne Strand ist in 10 Minuten zu erreichen.

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in Janas Wohnung. Sie isch sehr gut gelegen und wirklich schön. Es ist zwar etwas ringhörig, aber in der Nacht sonst wirklich sehr ruhig. Wir durften sogar unser Gepäck noch etwas länger in der Wohnung lassen, was wirklich sehr nett war und wir sehr geschätzt haben. Wir würden die Wohnung auf jeden Fall empfehlen.

Frank was very helpful, allowed an early check-in and met us to show us the apartment and access to the pool. Apartment was perfect space for the four of us, and pool was nice place to unwind after a day at the race track.

Lage: Die Wohnung ist fußläufig etwa drei Minuten vom tollen Strand Malvarosa und seiner langen Promenade entfernt. Sie ist super durch Metro, Busanbindung und das Fahrradverleihsystem „Valenbisi“ angebunden. In der Umgebung gibt es sehr gute Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Wohnung: Die Wohnung ist exakt so ausgestattet wie im Inserat beschrieben, mit allen notwendigen Utensilien und einigen Extras. Sie ist wirklich sehr sauber und gepflegt. Wir haben uns von Anfang an sehr wohlgefühlt. Gastgeberin: Patri ist eine tolle Gastgeberin, die uns an der Metro abgeholt hat. Sie ist Gastgeberin von Herzen und wartet in ihrer Wohnung mit vielen Extras, die über das erwartete Maß an eine AirBnB-Wohnung hinausgehen, auf. Patri reagiert sehr schnell auf Anfragen.
