Joyce’s home is comfortable, clean and quiet. Comfortable beds and furniture. 2 minutes to wildlife refuge and convenient to everything, with beautiful natural environment. I will be back.

We stayed at Emma's place for a girl's weekend and everyone LOVED it. The sweetest space that finds the perfect balance of providing you with everything you might need without it being cluttered. We found it easy to find and navigate instructions for check-in/check-out. As a group we enjoyed being able to walk along the beach and appreciated the sidewalk when we wanted to walk to Mad Martha's and Sunset Club. Incredibly easy to get an Uber if you want to grab drinks in Newburyport. Would definitely recommend staying in this lovely cottage. Fun fact: My great-grandfather built a house on 58th in 1939. Very special to walk around the neighborhood.

We absolutely loved this air bnb. The location was perfect, a 5 minute walk to the beach, 2 minute walk to a restaurant, a nice, peaceful backyard. The back deck was the perfect place for morning coffee and the fire pit was a great thing to have for the still-cold April weather. Michael was very responsive when we reached out with a very minor request. The house was clean, organized, and well labeled! Lastly the largest bed was comfier than our bed at home, I haven't slept that well in months. Highly recommend, we will definitely return.

My partner and I were looking for a getaway in Feb 2025 and found the Pink Cottage. It was only an hour from home, but it was the perfect escape from our daily responsibilities, etc. The weather had been very wintery the week before we got there so there was snow and ice all around the neighborhood and town, but Dalia and Michael made sure the driveway was clear and sanded. They even helped out when we got stuck on ice! The cottage was delightful. The decor was charming. The place was perfect for our getaway, and we'd love to visit when the weather is warmer so we could get out to the beach. We were close enough that we had dinner in NH one night and Maine another. That part of MA is perfect for exploring!
