Had a great stay! House was stocked with all the basics and very spacious for the family! great area easy to get into Salem and surrounding towns.

My son was graduating from Landmark High School. He is a boarding student so we needed a place close by. There was room for his extended family. The kids loved the games and activities.

We instantly felt at home! Everything we needed was there, including things that I often bring with me because they aren't usually provided. Erin has set up this house the way you would if you lived there yourself--extra pillows, blankets, bathroom and kitchen towels, kitchen and laundry detergent. Basic spices, coffee and tea, sugar and creamer, every kitchen gadget and utensil. Bath products, night lights, beach chairs and towels. Even a bluetooth speaker and use of their Netflix account! All we needed were a few groceries and some sunshine to enjoy the outdoor spaces and seasonal game room. The house is spacious and charming! Their check-in and check-out methods are easy and they left ample info on how things work in the house and local restaurant and activity recommendations. This is a great location and home. I almost wish we had brought the kids...

The house is well equipped and if you are planning to be in the yard,which we were, it has lots of fenced space. Our grandchildren enjoyed that. Really, if you plan a weekend, the four o’clock check in and 10 o’clock check out only leaves you with a day in between to enjoy the yard, but it was a great place to sit together and talk while the kids played. The host booklet was really helpful with good information.

we loved staying here! Our 5 yr old did not want to leave! It had everything you need for a perfect family getaway and dog friendly. Tons of toys to pick from and a great completely fenced in yard.. Beautiful location and you can walk 15 min to a super library and a little downtown area with great places to eat!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this old home. It has been lovingly and thoughtfully updated maintaining its character with modern amenities. We had lovely weather and sat out for a bit on the porch overlooking the water. The location also has easy access to the rail trail and we were able to walk to town. We love Newburyport and would love to come back to this sweet home.

Great place and host! The ocean, great food, close to Endicott College, quiet and a beautiful area. Johanna was responded to questions and was proactive to leave lights on for us, knowing our flight would get us in late. There were some breakfast items waiting for us too! A nice welcoming touch to our stay!

We truly enjoyed our stay! Home is charming, everything was very clean and is a great place to bring your furry family member (yard is completely fenced in). Downtown Portsmouth is only ~1 mile away - so many great restaurants and shops nearby. No complaints - hoping to return again one day.

The house was perfect for my family and I- plenty of open space for the kids to play and a great yard- even in December with cold weather the kids loved the play gym outside!! The location was amazing with lots of things to do within a few minutes and the food scene was great. Thanks to Ned for a spotless home and great amenities!! We can’t wait to come back in the summer to use the pool!!

Amy was very responsive and communicative. The house was clean and maps took us right to the home. It was too early in the season to enjoy the pool but it was pristine and would have been great for hot summer weather. Amy was wonderful with trying to accomodate any requests and we liked the location from easy access to Salem and within a one hour drive to Boston!

Beautiful house in a lovely quiet neighborhood. Kitchen was amazing! Very walkable to Bearskin Neck and Old Garden Beach. We had a few little glitches the first night, but Rachel was very responsive and everything was perfect within 24 hours. Would absolutely be happy to stay there again. To future guests: Rockport is light on grocery stores, so even though most things are walkable, for groceries you might want a car.

We enjoyed our stay so much! Perfect beach stay in the best location! They had everything and we loved the decorations ! We can't wait to visit again!!

I loved everything Maxine said and how she helped navigate around every even in the house, everything was so clean, very quite place good for professional working, everything was just beyond, amazing & lovely place you feel right at home with so much space to move around the house. We stayed for three nights to visit the surrounding Cape Ann area. Ian’s place was fabulous - private, spacious, and fully equipped with amenities including a BBQ stove by the pool. Space is larger than the pictures looked like and furnitures were of high qualities. Highly recommended for anyone travelling in the area!

We were lucky enough to have a very extended stay at this lovely little bungalow! The house is so sweet! The layout is easy, the rooms are comfortably furnished, and the floors are beautiful, and there is an incredible library of books. The house is full of natural light, and nestled in a little private spot. There is lovely landscaping in the front yard, and the back yard is magical. The pool is amazing, and you feel like you are in your own little peaceful world here. The house is an easy walk to all of the things that make Rockport such a cool town. And, you can hear the ocean at night from the yard! Trent and Cassie are the best hosts! Kind, responsive, and mellow. We loved everything about our stay! We will be back. ( :

Hanky’s place was great! Awesome location with lots of things to do and places to eat. The apartment was clean and had all of the necessities. Extra bonus was the lunch we had waiting for us when we checked in. Only down side was how expensive parking was but that’s out of anyone’s control.

The views this home offers are beautiful. It is a nice neighborhood for walking a dog. The home has everything you would need. The host is very responsive.

I can’t thank you enough for letting me stay in this beautiful location. I’ve been going through chemo treatment and trying to find beautiful places in between treatment to enjoy. This place was a fav. Which I sort of want to keep to myself. I didn’t have a lot of energy to do a lot but it was exactly what I needed. Parked my car and left it behind. Watched the tide, walked around a beautiful place with my dog. I couldn’t ask for more.

Only great things to say about Anne’s beautiful BnB. We loved it. You couldn’t ask for a better location in downtown Newburyport. The bedrooms were comfortable, the entire home charming. You will truly feel like a local! Easy walking to everything, but still quiet - as is the nature of this picturesque seaside town. Thank you Anne!

Really great location close enough to town but away from the crowds. Really lovely spot and great hosts.

I will be back! I love the location so much and felt comfortable and safe. The food was amazing form every place I chose. The beach being right outside the doorstep can’t be beat. Janine was always responsive immediately. I was very grateful for that. If you’re a single person or even a small family with a child, this is a great spot. The sound of the ocean re-centered me and now I’m ready to get back to selling NC! 🏡

This was exceptional. Becky's AirBnB is absolutely STUNNING!!! I think, quite honestly, it was the most beautiful accommodation I've ever stayed in. Becky thought of EVERYTHING, from the delightful snacks and beverages, to the notebook of fabulous restaurant and activity recommendations, plus the elegant and soothing seaside decor! Some of the plusses include a cozy gas fireplace, a great gas range to cook on, and an outdoor grill! We cooked up and grilled up some fabulous feasts during our stay! But the real treasure here is Becky herself. Although she grew up in Salem, she says she inherited her mama's Southern hospitality, and it definitely shows! She is warm and joyful, and my daughters and I feel we have made fast friends with her. We truly look forward to visiting Becky again!

Sheila's cottage by the sea did not disappoint! This sweet, plenty spacious, dog friendly home perfectly accommodated my husband, me, and our two "inquisitive and always on the alert", pups. Highlights were: location, location, location (easy walk to Pavilion Beach); large wrap-around expansive deck equipped with comfortable seating and tall bar stools allowing one to see even more of the serene, panoramic, spectacular water views; clean, comfortable, homey, quaint & quirky (in a good way) surroundings; vases of lilacs and one of beautiful fresh flowers; charming wood -some reclaimed- ceilings in the sun and main rooms; some updated features such as the easy to open windows for ocean breezes and new washer & dryer; frosted, ice cold pint beer glasses waiting for us on the door of the freezer - much appreciated - and lastly, the large shower with steam (should you be so inclined), and clawfoot tub. We would love to return to this little slice of paradise some day. Thank you Sheila!
