Very responsive host. We were welcomed by Erwan's father, a very friendly gentleman. Accommodation only 30 minutes walk from the beach of Saint Malo intramuros. A very nice view from the apartment located on the ground floor. Secure entrance. We recommended this place to our family who regularly come to Saint-Malo.

We had a great time at Elisabeth's place. It is perfectly located, in the heart of Dinard but quiet. The accommodation is very clean and functional, and very bright. We did not take advantage of the small balcony because we went there in January but it is possible to have lunch there and it faces south. The bedding is very comfortable and the shutters and windows allow perfect insulation from noise and light. Elisabeth is a very friendly host and accommodating for schedules. We will keep this address safe because we will definitely come back. A big thank you!

We were travelling with bicycles and Yann’s place was perfect for us to start our cycle trip around Brittany. It’s a very short way from the ferry arrivals which was useful for our late arrival, secure bike storage area and lots on space in the living area for all of our bags. Very nice character house with an amazing view. We were 9 adults and we felt like we were at home, we were even able to enjoy the garden for lunch. A few minutes from the beach, the location is ideal. The kitchen is very well equipped and the bedrooms very comfortable. We plan to be back!

 We had a great time! The accommodation is perfectly equipped, very clean and conveniently located a short walk to the beach. Everything was as advertised, and the hospitality was spotless. We'll be happy to go back!

This cute place is as described. It is located close to the sea, in a quiet pedestrian street. Free parking is right next door. The house is very well equipped, which made our stay easier (linens, childcare supplies, very well-equipped kitchen...).

We (six adults) had a lovely stay at Isabelle's place. The house was clean and tidy and had good amenities. The size was perfect for us. There are two ways to sit outside and the proximity to the beach was a special pleasure for us. Thank you for the time, we would come back anytime.

Beautiful family home, tastefully decorated, with plenty of space for rest and sharing. And what about the location? A few steps from the GR34, the sea view windows allow you to enjoy the show all year round. The hosts were very responsive.

Bright, clean, well-equipped and good location. Comfortable bedding. A downside for those who sleep with the window open: noisy neighborhood, party people, delivery trucks. Otherwise, window closed, sound insulation ok. Free parking on Avenue des Terre neuviers, 8 minutes walk. Great hosting.

It's always nice to come to Patricia's! The apartment is great: spacious, well arranged and superbly decorated. The quiet and sunny balcony is a real plus. There is plenty of storage in the bedrooms and the bathroom to put our things down. We also appreciate the parking and the possibility of doing everything on foot (beach, shops, restaurants, walks...). Finally, connecting with Patricia is always simple and easy. Apartment as described and very clean. Very well located: Saint-Malo intramuros 10 minutes walk, Sillon beach on the other side of the road... Gérard and Liliane were always very responsive in the exchanges. Marie-Claire was also very pleasant in the management of departure and check-in. In short, we had a great stay. Too short this time. Christophe was friendly and available. Following damage to the apartment originally chosen, he offered us a new, smaller but very suitable intra-muros accommodation. He was able to find a solution with Catherine the old one of our departure so that we could have a pleasant stay. Thank you for everything.

We had a great weekend at Clément and Christine's place who welcomed us remarkably well. The apartment is impeccable, impeccably clean and very well-equipped ( nothing is missing). It is also decorated with great taste and attention, which gives it a warm atmosphere, which we greatly appreciated. The comfortable exteriors of the apartment offer a remarkable view of Saint Malo on one side and Dinard on the other. The residence, very secure, is in absolute calm, in a green environment with walking access to the beach! In addition , the hospitality of our hosts was friendly and very easy to contact. We would highly recommend it and will return for our next stay in Dinard.

This is a lovely place, we would stay here again. The description and pictures in the listing are accurate. Beatrice was a great host, she met us when we got there and gave us a thorough orientation to the apartment. We had everything we needed there, we did pay the extra 10 euros for linens. There was a lot of room for us including lots of storage space. We highly recommend this place.

We were welcomed by Samuel and Katia with a smile. Very well arranged and tastefully decorated accommodation! It is close to the center and the port for a visit. Private parking is a real plus. Only small downside for those who sleep in the living room, it can be a little noisy with the road.
