Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Ploubalay

Wow! What a fabulous place! A gorgeously renovated old Property with a modern approach and still keeping a character feel. Everything that was needed was available and more! Delphine was so helpful and responsive when we asked questions. The area is stunning, we visited Mont st Michel (2nd trip), Cancale centre, port, Dinan, Dol de Bretagne, Dinard. We swam on the hottest day at Plage port Mer which is a gorgeous beach. One thing to note only is that you need to reverse or drive out on to a sometimes busy side road. Absolutely fabulous stay. Dinan is a beautiful town , but having the opportunity to stay in a 500 year old house on such an historic , atmospheric street as the Rue du Jerzual simply enhanced the experience. Lovely house , exactly as described in the listing. The location is perfect for walking down to the port or simply strolling in to the centre of town ( literally a few yards ) to the numerous super friendly bars and many restaurants. Communication with Tim was ideal. Super friendly and super quick response any time we needed to ask or check something with him. The whole experience - town , house , host - was a real pleasure. Very enjoyable stay. Thanks Tim.

Very clean and perfectly equipped accommodation for 4 couples. Very well located, in a subdivision. A little overlooked when you're on the terrace, but nothing too bad. Nathalie was very responsive to our request for a classic coffee maker (with filters). Ideally located accommodation for visiting 10 km around many tourist places. Lancieux is also a pretty little town with several shops and access to the sea is indeed possible 10 minutes' walk away. We had a great stay with friends and I think we will repeat the experience with our family. Thanks to Nathalie.

We had a very pleasant weekend with 6. The accommodation was impeccable and very well equipped for 6 people including towels. The exteriors were also very nice. Nothing to complain about this accommodation except that you can go there with your eyes closed!

What a wonderful place to stay - if you’re looking for a unique place to stay that is quiet and so relaxing, this is your spot. The hosts are so friendly with wonderful recommendations, and the house is exactly as described. The hosts were so accommodating to the times we needed and even when flight and rental car delays occurred, they were flexible to accommodate us. Highly recommend!

It is rare to find accommodation that is so pleasant, welcoming, and cocooning. The bedding is also exceptional, and the cleanliness is excellent. We'll be back, we'll keep the address 🌈

My girlfriend and I stayed here for a night to be in the area of Mont Saint Michel because we were doing a tour of it the next day. You can see it from Cancale and it’s only a 35 minute drive The minute we walked into the Airbnb we were charmed. So much thought and nuance has been put into the place! We were impressed how well he used the space that he had to make the renovations he did. The shower was great, worked well and the whole apartment was super clean and had a very pleasant smell. The free parking is basically on top of the Airbnb and short two minute walk down some charming slate stairs. Even the parking lot overlooking the whole bay was like a big open arm welcome. We don’t like oysters or much seafood but if you do this is the place to get it. They are famous for their oysters! Definitely recommend, and also recommend other Airbnb hosts to stay there; to see how it’s done!

A lovely apartment in the heart of St Malo. Great location, lots of restaurants, bars and amenities at your doorstep. The apartment itself has beautiful decor, is clean, and well equipped with a great kitchen and bathroom. Steve, the host, is very responsive. Easy check in and check out processes. A wonderful find, highly recommend!

Accommodation consistent with the photos, very clean and pleasant, in a quiet neighborhood. The bakery is a stone's throw from the accommodation, the supermarket 10 minutes away and the beach 15 minutes' walk! the terrace is a real plus, we took advantage of it. A big thank you to Chrystele for her smile. I highly recommend it! We will definitely come back when we are in the area.

Very nice house. Large spaces inside and outside. Located in a beautiful region near the sea: Saint-Briac, Saint Lunaire, Dinard, Saint-Malo... The host, Daniele, is very responsive. We wished we could have stayed longer. This is proof that we are very satisfied!

Pleasant accommodation, well equipped in a quiet subdivision and a beautiful area. The house is very well located, not far from the beautiful towns and beaches of the Armor Coast. The hot tub was much appreciated after long days of sightseeing and walking. Nothing was missing, not even the sun. I recommend this rental without hesitation. Thank you Thomas and Gaëlle.

Cecile and Francis put the super in superhost. They are attentive, friendly and responsive with plenty of good tips about the local area. Their home is one of those where the photos don’t do it justice - this is actually better than it looks. Location couldn’t be any more ideal: literally on the beach, you just have to roll out of bed and you’ll be swimming in the Atlantic. The house has been beautifully renovated and it’s decorated with attention to detail, lots of character and Cecile’s art work adding an extra layer of charm. A great hideout to explore Bretagne or to simply slow down, enjoy the scenery, the beach and the picture perfect sunsets on this quiet corner of St. Malo, away from the crowds. It’s very difficult to think of something that could be better… impossible actually. Almost feels like a well kept secret that you want to keep to yourself.

Very nice house, spacious and well arranged, suitable for adults and children, 5 min walk from the city centre of Cancale and 15 min walk from the port. Brigitte is a very kind and accommodating host. We had a great stay with 3 families without ever stepping on each other!

We stayed 6 (2 couples and 2 individuals) with our dogs for 3 days in Nicolas' house to spend a birthday weekend with the family. Impeccable stay from A to Z. A few steps from the beach, the house is beautiful, with a beautiful garden (well fenced, perfect for children and dogs) and a magnificent sea view. The house is equipped as if you were going home - super comfortable bedding, kitchen equipped with everything you need to have fun in the kitchen. The big plus: some rooms have a sink, as in the past. With 2 bathrooms and 2 separate toilets, there was never a queue to wash or go to the toilet. Nicolas and the on-site concierge service are friendly, very nice and gave us some nice tips for restaurants. Unfortunately, we didn't have time to enjoy the beautiful terrace and its barbecue. Maybe next time☺️... Thank you Nicolas.

We loved our stay at Victor’s place! Even better than on pictures. We absolutely recommend staying at the villa with family and friends. It’s the perfect place to create memories, spend quality time and disconnect. Fireworks, Padel court, bright and spacious living room, open kitchen, we loved it all! Calm neighbourhood, yet close to all the main cities to visit (saint Malo, Dinan, M’ont Saint Michel). Thank you for your hospitality and responsiveness, we’d love to come back!
