Garden happiness and country love await you at Regine's beautiful thatched cottage in the village of Bellin. Nature lovers are welcome and will feel comfortable here. Surrounded by meadows and forests, relaxation begins right outside the front door. Wonderful forest walks offer new discoveries every day. Fallow deer, sea eagles, bats and cranes are not uncommon. Lake Selenter with the best swimming quality borders directly on the village and the Baltic Sea can be reached quickly by car.

A small 38 sqm apartment in the thatched roof house with shower bath, kitchen, breakfast and workstation as well as wallbox. Lots of peace, beautiful nature and fast internet. A garden with barbecue area for exclusive use. Kiel can be reached in 15 minutes by car or after a 15-minute walk and 15-minute train ride. The swimming area of Westensee can be reached in 10 minutes on foot. The Baltic Sea beach in Kiel-Schilksee is 27 km away. Your electric car can be charged at the wallbox.

The UKSH is within minutes walking distance, the stop "Schauenburgerstr." in approx. 5 minutes. Holtenauer Straße with shops, supermarkets, bakeries, restaurants, cafés and bars is right around the corner. For safety, cameras are at the entrance. The nearest regional train is 9 km away. The landscape is hilly. There are many forests, fields and lakes.
