This accommodation is located on the 3rd floor in a former warehouse directly on the city ditch of Lübeck. All major points of contact are nearby and within walking distance. (Downtown approx. 15 min. , Train station approx. 10 min.) The 4-storey house is very lively during the day. On the ground floor there is a nursery school, on the upper floors apartments, an office and a room to move (occasional classes in the evening). It gets very quiet at night because the house is not located on a street.

Both bedrooms open to a large south-facing terrace. Directly at the apartment is a private parking space with an optional paid wallbox. The kitchen is modernly furnished and equipped with plenty of dishes and cooking utensils.
