A nice apartment, well decorated and well equipped. Space is a real asset in a small room. A very cozy accommodation as its name perfectly suggests.

Great location. Owner was responsive. House was clean and comfortable. Kitchen is well equipped. As building is old there is no elevator , stairs are narrow, be careful. I think house is small for 6 person. One big double bed in bedroom, another single bed in bedroom and one sofa in the living area, sofa is big and could be for 2 person.

Beautiful environment for this very nice and pleasant studio. It has all the necessities for a great stay. A view of the sea from the sublime garden that you can enjoy. A stone's throw from the city centre and restaurants, with a very nice walk on the Pointe d'Erquy. The welcome is very pleasant and friendly. Recommended without hesitation.

Great small accommodation, very pleasant, very well furnished, every corner is optimised, furnished with care, you feel very good there. Quiet environment, beautiful view of the castle. The parking is a real plus, the small terrace allows you to sit quietly outside admiring the castle. Shops and restaurants nearby, everything is within walking distance. We recommend.

Hi everyone, We highly recommend this cottage (cleanliness, quality of the bedding, small flowery courtyard to eat or rest in...), greenery nearby, lots of sites to visit nearby, quiet... Many thanks to Cécile and Gilles, very friendly and very accommodating. We enjoyed the bouquet of roses on arrival. Go without any fear.

I had a lovely stay at Cédric's place. The accommodation is pleasant, clean and well appointed. Very good communication, clear instructions for arriving and using the accommodation. Its location allowed me to visit the region. The accommodation is ideally located 30 minutes from Rennes and 1 hour from the nearest beaches.

we were there for the 2nd time. A wonderful stay in a quiet location. Lots of possibilities for excursions within a reasonable radius. Paula and Barac are super friendly. They are there when you need them, but respect your privacy. Will definitely come back.

Very nice house, well-equipped and clean with nice decor. Close to Cancale and the Pointe du Grouin. Michael advised us well for our stay.

We liked the small but very cozy house very much. It was very clean and lovingly furnished. The beds were very comfortable and the bathroom very spacious and modern! The only downside was the very small couch...with 5 people you can't really stay in the living area...but the beautiful garden offers enough space, which is very pleasant in good weather. The location is nice and quiet, yet within walking distance of the bakery and supermarket. The nearby beaches are very beautiful and at least in the low season still empty. Audrey and her family were very nice and accommodating and always helpful. We enjoyed our stay very much and would certainly come back!

A very good location to have access to Mont Saint-Michel, Saint-Malo or Cancale: everything is nearby and the coast is not far. Good for a few days, as we were on the road and it's a little noisy. We enjoyed the terrace, pool and sauna. The whole people who take care of the place were lovely! Small amenities would be a plus (hairdryer, iron...). A quick snack service or a distributor would be super nice too, the local restaurant was closed on the day of our arrival and, after the road, we don't necessarily want to pick up the car for shopping. Great value for money! Thank you we'll most certainly be back. 😊

We had a pleasant stay, clean and nice house. Bed linens provided and possibility to have towels. Accessible pool ( provide children's armbands who can't swim because deep pool 1m55 ). Pleasant welcome, food truck present several times a week (fried crepes...). The only downside no airlock between the front door of the pool and the changing rooms and as the door was broken it had to remain open so the children were cold but it's really the only downside. Thank you for this stay , we will be back

We had a great time at Florence's house which has always been responsive and accommodating. We would recommend this small haven of peace without hesitation! The plus: a short walk from shops (great bakery "Maison Malécot" for lovers of good breads and cakes🙂) and the beach.

Anne's apartment is a rare find, spacious, quiet, bright, clean, very well equipped, there's everything, tastefully decorated, very charming, a cute terrace, a parking space, there's really good energy and you feel good right away!! Ideally located for visiting Saint-Malo, there is everything you need next door and 10 minutes from the old town, just perfect! We had a wonderful week and will return to this apartment without hesitation if we come back to the area. Thank you so much for your kindness Anne.
