We had an absolutely wonderful long weekend in May in this house that has far exceeded our expectations. Everything is designed for comfort and fun: the pool and play areas made our children happy, and the quality outdoor amenities allowed us to enjoy real moments of relaxation. The house is nestled in a haven of peace, with a splendid view a short walk away, while being ideally located close to Breton seaside resorts. A perfect setting for a family wishing to combine tranquility and discoveries. A huge thank you to Alexandra and Julien for their warm welcome, availability and kindness, which greatly contributed to the success of this stay. We highly recommend it!

Great stay in a cocoon of happiness Everything was perfect from the arrival check-in to the departure checkout. We exchanged numbers so we could communicate if needed. Our hosts were just great, easy to communicate with, simple and caring people. A little extra for this stay, accessibility in terms of access for a wheelchair. A ramp to the terrace has been installed. The bathroom and living spaces are very large for moving around which made my stay very pleasant. Small plus number 2: the bedding is really excellent, the sheets smelled good and the large bay window overlooking the garden is really soothing. Small plus number 3 and honestly I could go on, the wood stove adds a little extra touch as well as the winter veranda where I would have stayed to write for example. Lovely little place right on the water. Great location. Very clean and well equipped. If the weather had been better we would’ve just spent the days in the garden or on the beach. Lovely local restaurant 2 min walk away. Would definitely recommend for a quiet getaway. Stayed with my partner, 10 yr old son and my parents and we all thought it was great. Fascinating watching the tide come in and out. Walked around the beach to the marina when the tide was out and swam when it was in. Perfect 10/10

The historic cottage has been completely renovated and tastefully furnished with spacious facilities. The house is clean and you can see that it is well maintained. The cottage is located on a quiet street and also has its own parking space behind the house, right at the back door. Very handy for loading and unloading luggage. The centre and the harbour where the restaurants are located, is within walking distance. Corinne is a sweet and welcoming host who does a lot to make the stay as pleasant as possible. She always responds very quickly and the contact went smoothly. Corinne has many tips on what to do in the area. This is also a good location to explore the beautiful surroundings.

A tastefully furnished duplex. It feels like home with the addition of a little Christmas decoration that makes the stay even more enjoyable. The location is perfect for visiting the pretty city of Dinan on foot! I recommend it without a second thought.

This accommodation is perfectly in line with the description and photos! The instructions are clear, the self check-in is very simple. The apartment was very clean and very nice, quiet, with everything you need, and of course the bonus with the sauna! The location is perfect for going into town and a few minutes' walk from the train station. I had a perfect stay in this apartment and I will not hesitate to stay there again on future trips.

Beautiful apartment very well located and a few meters from the large beach of Val André, with local shops nearby: bakery, caterer / butcher shop, Friday market and a small well-stocked Carrefour 150 m away. The apartment is located in a small house with private access by a small staircase, above a quiet restaurant. In the apartment, a distribution of star rooms with a beautiful living room and a large very nice and well-equipped terrace that adjoins the kitchen area. Sufficient and modern amenities for cooking. Well equipped and well decorated apartment, and it feels good. Linens not provided, so be sure to bring it or rent it in advance in the area. We had a good holiday there in a great setting. An inconvenience reported to Marjorie for the future.

What a lovely home and garden right close to all that Dinan has to offer. The river and path behind the home are lovely. They contribute to the home greatly. I found everything I needed in the kitchen and all the appliances worked well I rented Millefleurs and loved the garden. It is worth noting that the foot traffic in the apartment above the garden unit will be heard in this unit. I suppose it is a function of the building’s age (I believe it dates back to the 1600’s). I used ear plugs to counter the noise at bedtime. If no one is staying above you, you will enjoy lots of quiet solitude! I would definitely recommend this property and would rent it again. Ear plugs did work!

We had a pleasant stay at Nicolas's apartment. It is very well located, close to the beach and shops. A little back from the road, the environment is quiet and peaceful. The interior is as described and perfectly clean. We recommend it!

Very nice house. Large spaces inside and outside. Located in a beautiful region near the sea: Saint-Briac, Saint Lunaire, Dinard, Saint-Malo... The host, Daniele, is very responsive. We wished we could have stayed longer. This is proof that we are very satisfied!

An absolutely amazing house with everything we needed for a great multigenerational family holiday. Extremely comfortable and well laid out. The children loved the tree house, the piano was a real bonus and the kayaks were great when the tide was high enough. The house is in a fantastic location next to the beach and just a quick walk to the town for our croissants each morning. We enjoyed a day out to the Isle de Bréhat, and our walk to the Tour de Kerroch. Candy gave us a friendly welcome and departure.

We had a great time at Jean-Pierre's house, the view is magnificent, the pool is great. Nothing to say except that we will surely go back with pleasure.

We stayed 6 (2 couples and 2 individuals) with our dogs for 3 days in Nicolas' house to spend a birthday weekend with the family. Impeccable stay from A to Z. A few steps from the beach, the house is beautiful, with a beautiful garden (well fenced, perfect for children and dogs) and a magnificent sea view. The house is equipped as if you were going home - super comfortable bedding, kitchen equipped with everything you need to have fun in the kitchen. The big plus: some rooms have a sink, as in the past. With 2 bathrooms and 2 separate toilets, there was never a queue to wash or go to the toilet. Nicolas and the on-site concierge service are friendly, very nice and gave us some nice tips for restaurants. Unfortunately, we didn't have time to enjoy the beautiful terrace and its barbecue. Maybe next time☺️... Thank you Nicolas.

We had a great weekend in this lovely house, decorated with great taste. The equipment is very complete and modern, nothing is missing. The cleaning is impeccable. The accommodation is very bright, the kitchen is great with its island and its glass roof. The exterior is a real plus with its jacuzzi. The area is very quiet, no disturbance. We'll be happy to go back
