We had a great time in this beautiful quiet apartment, close to the sea, and close to restaurants and shops. Easy access and easy street parking. Our host was welcoming and responsive by message, and adapted to our arrival times very kindly. We would recommend this listing!

The owners are very welcoming and charming. We loved the area, which is beautiful. Hikes and walks are very rich in discoveries. Traffic is very fluid. The beaches are very clean whatever the location. We invite you to discover this little corner of heaven and especially not to miss the island of Bréhat.

2nd time I've come and nothing to say. Great accommodation and Hervé is very responsive to messages. I'm going back in August and would recommend this apartment without a second thought.

We had a really wonderful, restful stay. The flat was light and airy and comfortable and was just as Alexandra had described it. We enjoyed walking along the pathway to St Cast, or just popping down to one of the restaurants below the appartment for supper. We made lots of little excursions west and east along the coast but also enjoyed coming back “home” to just sit and enjoy the comings and goings below in the port.

Ideally located accommodation with all the comforts expected and very well equipped. Beautiful view from the balcony terrace. Close to the centre, shops, the beach and the GR. There were 4 adults. Beautiful place!

We were warmly welcomed by Noëlle, who is very friendly. She gave us some great tips for visiting the region. The apartment is very well equipped, with good bedding and fast wifi. The view is magnificent on the beach of Les Rosaires, on which it is pleasant to walk. We highly recommend this listing. One regret: not staying longer!

What can I say? We had a very good week. Area is beautiful. The upstairs rental of a beautiful house is very nice (very clean, very bright, very well laid out and equipped) with a sea view. And above all, our host, Samuel, was very welcoming and remains accessible throughout the stay. He does not hesitate to provide a lot of advice (places to see, good addresses...). We recommend it without hesitation.

We were warmly welcomed😃. Very happy stay! We want to go back, isn't that the best proof that we were well settled there! 100 m from the beach, when you like to swim in the sea it's great!

We had a very pleasant stay in Arnaud's beautiful apartment: Functional, bright and perfectly located to discover this pretty little seaside town. The must-see is the large terrace and its sea view, not to mention the Admiralty garden just below. Thanks to Arnaud for his kindness and his little touches. Excellent weekend spent in Dinard in this very well-appointed studio with its small terrace overlooking a pleasant private garden of the residence overlooking the beach with its direct access, great! Ideal location for the various walks around Dinard. Very friendly and smiling welcome by Patricia when we arrived. Afterwards, Christian, the owner from the city gave us valuable information to improve our stay, in addition, a very nice person. Very nice stay and very nice place.

We loved being a 7 minute walk to 2 beautiful little beaches. Very convenient also to visit Saint Malo intra muros, Dinard, Dinan, cancale.... The house is charming, perfectly equipped, impeccably clean and ideally located to discover Saint-Malo and its surroundings. The calm of the place is particularly appreciable, allowing you to fully relax after a day of sightseeing. The hosts are very kind, available and caring. A beautiful place that I highly recommend.

We had a great time! The sea view is magnificent, and the balcony to enjoy it is very appreciable. The accommodation is nice, clean, nicely decorated and well equipped. I had a great stay with my 2 young children. Impeccable apartment, very nice and very well located, close to the sea, restaurants, supermarket... Easy to access with parking space right next door. We were even able to eat outside on the small terrace. Pleasant host and good communication. I highly recommend. My children and I really enjoyed it. Nice site nearby: Fort la latte, cap frehel...

We were 3 adults and spent 1 week in Katy's accommodation. The neighbourhood was quiet, accessible and close to some very nice small beaches and breathtaking views (5 min walk). We had a rental vehicle to get to the centre of Saint Malo in about ten minutes. Katy and her husband have always been reachable and friendly, whether to recommend outings and activities or to answer our questions about the apartment.
