Accueillante et charmante maison pour 4 personnes, dans un coin de verdure, au calme, mais restant proche de la mer et de toutes commodités. Entre Frehel et Matignon, proche de St Cast, Sables d'or , Erquy... A quelques pas du GR34 pour des randonnées dans un cadre exceptionnel. Cette maison lumineuse vous reçoit toute l'année pour de courts ou longs séjours. Bien équipée et entièrement rénovée en 2022. Je vous accueil chaleureusement et je met tout en œuvre pour un séjour réussi. A très vite !

Maison récemment rénovée (fin des travaux Juin 2021) à 10 min des plages de Saint-Cast, 2 min des commerces de Matignon (boulangerie, boucherie, poissonnerie, épicerie, pharmacie, restaurants et centre commercial) , 15 minutes du cap Fréhel et du Fort la Latte (en voiture). Cette maison en pierre mitoyenne, gardant toute sont intimité, se situe dans un hameau calme et verdoyant. La terrasse exposée au sud avec salon de jardin, barbecue et parking privatif. Haïzaro is a recent house designed to be inhabited all year round, comfortable in winter and wide open to the sea and the garden. From the large terrace above the water, you can contemplate the bay and the cape of Erquy. On the dike, in front of the house, passes the GR 34 going from Mont Saint-Michel to the Loire estuary. The village of Erquy is about a 20-minute walk, less at low tide and a 5-minute drive (regardless of the tide). Erquy is lively all year round thanks to fishing.

Elle est située à 800 mètres de la baie de la Fresnaye, à 5 min de Matignon, à 10 min des plages de Saint Cast et des Sables d'or, du port d’Erquy, à 15 mins du Cap Fréhel et 30 min de Saint Malo.

"La Coquille" welcomes you in the heart of the Baie de la Fresnaye, in the immediate vicinity of Cap Fréhel and Fort La Latte. A true paradise for shore fishing, walks and hikes, kites and nautical activities, you will be dazzled by the colorful dawn and shimmering twilight, the comings and goings of the tides, the song of sea birds. The house is comfortable, well-equipped, facing south, surrounded by a garden and a high terrace with stunning views.

Between sea and countryside, our vacation home is a quiet and pleasant place, located close to Frémur, 1 km from the beaches, the village and its shops. Recently renovated, fully equipped (sheets, towels and cleaning included) our 100 m2 house offers 3 bedrooms (sleeps 5), a bright living room extended by a south-facing terrace, an equipped kitchen, all surrounded by a large garden. Three bikes are available to enjoy the facilities of St Briac.
