Haïzaro is a recent house designed to be inhabited all year round, comfortable in winter and wide open to the sea and the garden. From the large terrace above the water, you can contemplate the bay and the cape of Erquy. On the dike, in front of the house, passes the GR 34 going from Mont Saint-Michel to the Loire estuary. The village of Erquy is about a 20-minute walk, less at low tide and a 5-minute drive (regardless of the tide). Erquy is lively all year round thanks to fishing.

The house is comfortable, well-equipped, facing south, surrounded by a garden and a high terrace with stunning views.

Stone house, 600 m from the beach, 11 people

Ker Tri Martolod is a 19th century Erquy sandstone house, which we renovated in 2020, as a shelter for sailing enthusiasts like us with our three boys. We use this home as a rallying point for the family from Erquy and make our home available when we are not staying there. It is a charming family home, friendly, to spend warm moments, 600 m from Saint Michel beach and the Sables d'Or lagoon.

The green loft can extend to a large extra space to accommodate 4 other people for a total capacity of 10 guests. It is 1.5 km from the lagoon of Les Sables d 'Or...between Erquy and Cap Fréhel! The very open space is particularly pleasant to share with family or with friends!
